If you want to purchase a property in less 15 day, I definitely recommend them.My seller (cash offer only ) took my offer (conventional Loan ) with the condition that the closing happen in 25 days. My contract stated sept 1 2022 and today We are ready to close!!! Thank you 1st Financial First choice. This company working 24 hours , I recibe a email at any time.
