This hotel has a water problem. The shower controls are fussy, and I suspect that may be by design to make you think it's you, not them. Had to call staff to send someone up to help me set the water properly to hot (yes, the controls are that confusing). Maintenance did come promptly to help, but the answer was just to turn it to full hot and let it run for up to 10+ minutes for the water to "make it's way through the pipes". I did as instructed, and the shower would turn from lukewarm to cold throughout the process. This was set to full-hot. As a hotelier myself, I would rightfully expect to be refunding stays for a problem like this, but the solution given here by staff equated to a shoulder shrug. The hotel overall was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. But the shower you'll take here probably isn't the adventure you are hoping for on your trip to Miami. You will also need to enjoy watching commercial airline flights come and go, as your room is exactly one street over from the airport runway.

Very friendly staff. Nice room and shower pressure was very good. Right across from airport so you do hear planes but the hotel itself was quiet. We just missed the airport shuttle so we had to wait an hour but when we needed to go back to the airport, the driver took us

Hotel is convenient for a lay over. Just 5 mins from Terminals. Sadly the advertised shuttle is very infrequent so don’t rely on it for arrival. Is ok for departure but gets full so taxi is easier.Rooms are basic but modern and clean. Showers are excellent (best part of the stay). Would use again. Overall a pretty good airport hotel.Restaurant was closed so went to Old Toms sports bar next door, which was very tasty for a late dinner.

Very disappointed! Our group of 4 stayed here last year for one night before flying home the next day. We basically didn't have any issues, the hotel seemed to be clean, the roof top bar was ok. Guest services helped us and was very friendly. However this year that wasn't the case. We just stayed there 2 weeks ago, and had a very bad experience. We went to check in and had to wait patiently while both agents was having a discussion with a customer. 25 mins later not even an apology for waiting or acknowledgement that they had at least 10 people standing in line..They were just completely rude. Finally after we got checked in we went to our rooms to find the air conditioner not working, Finally got it working and it was so noisy and smelled like cat pee. Went to use the restroom and the toliet smelled like sewer. So we called down to the front desk to see if there was any way they could accommodate us by moving rooms or something, the response we got what was "sorry we can't do anything". Well at that time we had to get some sleep since our flight was early the next morning. So we just said forget it and went to bed. My husband was woke up to a cockroach crawling on him not only one but two. So I called down to the front desk and kindly explained to them what has happened on top of the previous issues, and once again got no help. So needless to say we were up the rest of the night. Went to check out and physically showed the front desk the 2 Cockroaches in a little bag I put them in and all we got was I'm sorry. Also to say the least when we finally got home. I decided to email the General Manager to explain our terrible experience, and as of today I haven't got any responses.Today is December 1st and still haven't received any communication from the manager or general manager.

Ended up staying here for an overnight layover. The hotel itself was really nice but the service was horrible. It started good with a young man at the front desk being kind but I saw someone else having trouble with them being double booked. Then I went and had dinner at the restaurant on the 6th floor and had some of the worst service ever. Not only did my server forget about me SEVERAL times where I had to track them down each time for something as simple as a water refill. Then when I tried calling back upstairs once I left to see if I left something they said I’ll check and call you right back and hung up on me. Spoiler alert: they never called back. Then this morning as I was trying to leave the front desk woman was extremely rude as I tried to check out. All in all great location close to the airport but HORRIBLE customer service. Come only if you like having your headphones in and don’t mind interaction with the staff.

Check in seem to have a little more paperwork than other places and desk. Staff wasn’t super friendly. But, the room was clean and modern and the location is really good. My biggest issue is with my room, room 504, which is directly below the fitness room. When someone is on the treadmill, it’s impossible to rest and you can barely think in this room. What a horrible design to place the fitness room above guest rooms! I got in late and had to get up early and this was not appreciated!Rooms: Don’t let them put you in room 504. It is directly below the fitness room on the sixth floor, and when people are using, the treadmill is extremely loud and annoying! Not great for anyone, but especially not great for someone who has to work late and get up early! They need to redesign the location of the fitness room. Or, turn this into a storage room.

Probably the worst hotel experience I’ve had in over a decade. You’re treated as if you never made the reservation when you check in. They have you fill out the same info that’s already in your wyndham online profile/member info that you booked with. Then you have to sign a bunch of cya liability disclosures. They then scan your ID into their internal computer system (i’ve never had that done at any hotel before). And this is before they send you off to a room that sounds like you’re living on the street. Super noisy, no real consideration to the road noise when they were building this hotel…let alone the jet noise. Room architecture, build, furniture and decor is about as cheap as you can get away with today. TV didn’t work, had to call the front desk. Ate at their restaurant…very surprised at the final bill of $80 after two cocktails and an entrée. Decent food, and drink. However my mind is blown, this place is not a place to rest and relax. It’s definitely not a place I’d send my family to. I will not return.Rooms: Cheaply built and designedFood & drinks: ExpensiveNoteworthy details: Loud, not a comfy atmospehere

Today will be a sad day for this poor hotel. I kind of feel sorry for Yvette at the front desk, who was lovely and patient. Everything was great, the restaurant, shuttle driver, front desk, rooms, everything. Except around midnight the fire alarm started going off. 20 minutes before staff told us we didn't need to stand outside, that it was a test. What?! At midnight?! Then at 2 am it went off again for 10 minutes. Needless to say I got 2 hours of sleep. So the hotel, sadly, could not provide its designed use. I left exhausted with a headache.Turns out the system shorted out and is being fixed today. I'm already gone so I won't benefit from that. I would love to report back how it's dealt with. It's not what goes wrong in business, it's how it's dealt with that's important.

I was pretty happy with this hotel for an overnight layover. It was certainly much better than the Holiday Inn I stayed in the time before. The rooms were modern and the staff were friendly. The location is next to the airport which is all you can ask for an airport hotel. The roof top bar is nice, obviously it's not the most peaceful location outside on the bars terrace but you can watch the planes take off and land.My only complaint was that the shuttle bus was only once an hour (which we unknowingly missed), so we ended up having to take an uber to the airport in the morning.

This was a nice hotel for a quick stay before boarding my cruise the next day. I really loved how close it was to the aiport and thankfully mcdonalds was right next door to the hotel. I think it would be more convient if this hotel offered FREE shuttle service to the cruise port and free breakfast as most hotels in the area do. I also hated the shower it was very hard to work. Took me forever to figure it out.Rooms: Room was nice and clean

Terrible customer service. They charged me twice for the shuttle to the cruise port because we stayed at this hotel because we were going on a cruise the next day and they still have not fixed their error and I’ve talked to multiple people. It’s been two weeks and I’m still trying to get my $ back ! Would never come to this hotel again. If you’re going to pay for the shuttle pay in cash ?

Charges a $50 early check in fee. No laundry available. Very nice rooms though. Pool needs more privacy from the road and parking

I don't ever leave negative reviews about anything on the internet because I believe it's just not worth my time and trouble. However, there's always a first time for everything. If I could leave them zero stars I would. I organized a small event here and had the worst experience. I was harassed multiple times by one of the servers on the exact count of guests as the guests were walking in. We had a written contract but she insisted on harassing on the head count which by the way was the same as the contract. The server later was not accommodating when asking for 2 extra chairs. There were other examples of the server's non accommodating gestures. I wrote to the Catering Organizer, Briza Moreno, and her response and attitude was totally unprofessional worse than the actual experience...Worst place ever to organize an event!

Close Near the airport. very clean and comfortable, the front desk responded quickly when I'd requested new sheets after my daughter vomited her meal, however I was concerned after seeing a stand once I remade the bed next day. The blanket was as if it was kept from last guess. It looked like an old urine stand:( so we requested more new sheets. Were giving many new sheets. We saw through the restroom and shower door while in use. But there is a slide door to separate from the room.ect.. Cute ?.Housekeeping on the 3rd floor was so kind to us and very handed and helpful with all the things I needed or requested and Front desk workers, were all very Kind and Polite. Parking area is free and the hotel is in a great safe area with on-site security, very cute and modern, hotel does look newly built ?❤️
