Horrible service here first of all the lady called Mercedes was late and she gave me horrible service. She was rude from the start and wanted the appointment to be over so fast and when I asked her something she told me “I already explained that to you” with an attitude. I don’t recommend coming to this location. She whatsoever didn’t come and to explain anything to me.

Worst bank I've ever been to. Was in the drive-thru teller for an hour. Because the lobby had a line all the way to the door. Only 4 cars in front of me and it took an hour to be attended. All this because I can't withdraw more than $1000 of my money in their ATM. Total waste of time. This is exactly why I moved my business accounts somewhere else. Will be doing the same with my personal accounts.

I put one star and I would like to not put any. My family and I have been at that bank uninterruptedly for 8 years. Our entire family is there plus the business account. This morning my children were there to do a procedure, and a person (woman) with very bad manners told them that they could not do any procedure, because Cuba is on the list of terrorist countries. They explained to him that they don't know anything about that and that they are AMERICAN CITIZENS. but she was very rude and didn't even listen to them. We went to another branch where they treated us very friendly and did the process for us without any problem. Of course we will leave that bank, the whole family will leave, plus the business account we have had for 9 years. People like that shouldn't work there. I'm going to edit this comment because I see that the reviews are terrible and everyone is complaining about bad service. Where are the managers/owners?

Terrible service, I had a check from the insurance that they sent me to fix the car already signed and sealed by the financial company that also came in the name of the company that financed my car and they say that it is not valid, the policies are terrible. Bad bad bad

This branch is disrespectful, spending the entire morning waiting for them to help me open a savings account. I have been a customer for 7 years. They are not serving anyone. I registered without an appointment and I had #1 and two people sitting at the computer doing nothing, just talking. A young woman and a disrespectful man only tell you that they are only serving people with appointments, and if the appointment doesn't show up, they can serve me for almost an hour without doing anything, just talking, and no one with an appointment ever arrived. They have to solve these problems in In these branches, the workers do not want to work, they only go to tell stories about the jobs that they treat customers poorly.

Bad experience, they sent me from another branch and I made the appointment online. They do not open bank accounts for Colombians, the advisor only says that she remembers that you are not Cuban, Exclusion comment and sending me to another bank that does open with a passport, When I have a driver's license, social. Work permit and proof of address. According to the official, the bank's policies are to only open accounts with the license address, terrible and a fatal waste of time.
