I went to this Wells Fargo location on a Monday afternoon. There was three tellers available and about five personal bankers. There was also a staff member by the door answering questions/helping guide customers in the right direction. The line was fairly quick and I was helped by Henry, who was gracious and helpful. Overall, my experience at this WF bank was pleasant. Even though it appears as if they share their parking spaces with the hotel next door, they have plenty of assigned parking spaces for the bank.

This location is just OVERCROWDED and UNDER STAFFED. Or the staff can stop joking/walking around. There was One teller and the rest of the staff was just wandering around. I spent 20 minutes in line. The Doral branch on NW 74th st. is more efficient.

This is by far one of the best banks I've been to. I was able to call and ask questions. The manager asked for my number and actually called me back with answers to my questions. The staff is very friendly and professional and extremely patient. I was able to open an account the same day after having gone to three banks earlier that day. They called me back were available and willing. Thank you Stephan And Luis. Definitely my new to go bank!

Absolutely the worst! It's 9am at opening and there is a line of 20 people and only two tellers. I have been standing here for 20 min and have not moved. There are people in the back not doing anything just walking around but not taking windows. They work slower than a snails pace. Stay away from here and find another bank.
