I am extremely frustrated with the Miami Springs Post Office. I have had multiple issues where my packages are marked as “delivered” but are nowhere to be found. Sometimes they show up days later, but this time, my package went completely missing. After several calls to the post office — many of which went unanswered — I was finally told by an employee that my package was “lost.”
On top of that, when trying to get help today, no one answered the phone despite repeated attempts. I had to call USPS customer service just to get a callback. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was only given an email address instead.
This level of service is unacceptable. Losing packages and failing to communicate properly with customers shows a lack of professionalism and accountability. Very disappointed.

I wish I'd gotten her name, but the woman working this morning was so kind and helpful, I'm really grateful for her. She was quick and efficient but very patient with me as she walked me through the steps of sending a large package. Thank you!

Terrible treatment of people, I went to send a letter and I didn't know how to fill out the addresses and when I asked the man who was there, he treated me terribly and made derogatory comments against me.

It is ironic that this post office has a big sign "Heroes work Here Thank you for Your Dedication yo out Customers from south Florida District" but can't say the customer service here is good. Always a line, only one person attending. If there are two, then one is on the back while a line of customers waiting!

I visited this post office today, the clerk was very disrespectful, he used inappropriate and insensitive comments against me, that were borderline discriminatory, practically denied service to me. On Monday I will be back in order to speak to a supervisor. His behavior is unacceptable.

Usually have a good experience here...Renee is excellent and really friendly. There was another teller, Stephanie, who seemed like she was either having a bad day, or didn't know how to do her job because she couldn't answer some basic questions I had about the difference between Priority and a Certified Receipt...she kind of had a thousand yard stare and seemed really checked out...a shame, considering that everyone else there is lovely & really helpful.Recommend this post office, just avoid Stephanie and make sure to go to one of the other tellers.
