I went to drop off an Amazon return that was delivered to me in the manufacturer box. The kid at this UPS store told me that he could not take my return because it was in its original box from manufacture while sticking both of his fingers into the box breaking the box and making two holes in it! Then he said that he could only receive the return if I purchased a box from UPS.Completely unacceptable!

This is my third time in this store, and a complete failure, I would never use this store to do any UPS matter, the employees are very rude, they treat you extremely disrespectful and they have no knowledge about the boxes for shipping, they are rude and never look into your eyes even or greet you. They never try to help you and would always give you a problem even when there is no one. Like today my box was ok for shipping and after telling me it was not, the guy said it was good and did not even apologize for his behavior. Poor management and poor customer service on this store. Never go here if you don’t want a bad experience.

I’m a notary and have to send documents to title companies over night. This UPS store has the nicest, most helpful staff. Always fully stocked with supplies.The staff always helps me make cut off time to get items delivered promptly.

Terrible store more than anything because of its employees. they have no idea what they are doing. today they asked me for my identification to make the shipment. as well as asking me to pay the most expensive rate. I will never go back to this place again. I just have one question. If I were not a resident of the United States, would they not let me send or do they have a problem with immigrants?

The staff at this location will not provide proof of accepting a package into their custody. They claim they handle USPS mail as a curtesy but charge for mailing and PO boxes. When asked if I could take a picture of proof of receipt since the labeling obviously identified my item as highly pilferable they became indignant. The location is monitored by cameras but filming by a customer is so unreasonable that they became haughty. Common sense should be a requirement for any job where you might need to think about what comes out of your mouth.

I came by the UPS Store because I needed to ship some items home. I was on vacation and had bought a bunch of souvenirs that I did not want to stuff into my bags on the way back home to Ohio. Moreover, I still had almost two weeks left. I needed to send these home! It was a lot of souvenirs and there was no way I had the bag space. So i asked my next door neighbor to watch for a package to come and take care of it as the package would arrive well before I got home from vacation.I walked into the UPS store. Only one other person was being helped, and one of the employees took care of me. He boxed up my items and wrapped them in bubble wrap for a nominal fee. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes, even with all the stuff I had bought. When I got home, my next door neighbor gave me the package. I made the right choice going to UPS and shipping it home!

I had never visited the Miami area before. I found that there isn’t much patience for people like me, that have no clue on how things work in places like this. I stopped here on my way to the airport to mail some items that wouldn’t fit in my luggage, and a guy named Carlos provided me with the best customer service I’d received the entire time I was there. Had me leaving the city in good spirits.
