We stayed for 2 nights in November 2023. Construction was going on and woke us up both days at 7am. No notice about it before we checked in. Also- I have photo evidence of someone smoking in their room, even though it's a no smoking hotel. I have called and talked to multiple managers. They did offer a 20% refund... and I have yet to see that. I would never sleep here again. It's old, and run down. Dirty. The free breakfast is very limited. Beds uncomfortable. I absolutely do not recommend!!! Look elsewhere!

This could be the Ritz, but they are remodeling some rooms, and the loud banging and disturbing noise starts before 7:00 am, even on Thanksgiving morning!!! They should warn customers before they take your money. It is no use trying to sleep in, when you get suddenly awaken every morning with loud construction and constant noise. ASK THEM BEFORE YOU BOOK A ROOM IF THEY ARE STILL REMODELING. OR DO NOT STAY THERE. NOTHING PUTS ME IN A NEGATIVE MOOD THAN HAVING MY WELL DESERVED REST SUDDENLY INTERRUPTED.

I had a good experience at the sleep inn. The first room had a smell since the carpets were being cleaned, but they easily fixed that issue for us and gave us another room. The windows don't have a screen door, but the fresh air was nice no bugs got inside. Def be cautious though if you have children. It's not safe, but not sure if all the rooms are that way. Two of the rooms I was in were the same. The breakfast was nice that they had. The showers were nice as well and the pillows were amazing. I had the best sleep. The channels weren't too bad and they actually provide blankets. I needed something affordable and this hit the spot. Uber drivers were always 5 min away and the hotel energy was chill.

Super disappointed. We had planned to stay there for two nights but had to cut our trip short because our son was in the hospital. Airlines and everyone else refunded or credited our money back due to the medical emergency but Sleep Inn would not. I would absolutely not recommend them.

How do I leave a -0 for this horrible fraudulent place. I found out in January that someone hacked my laptop and stole my credit card information. In the process, the thieves used it on booking.com to book for themselves a hotel room at this minus 0 hotel. As soon as I discovered this, I contacted the hotel and begged them to help me. They completely disregarded my pleads and offered no assistance citing a 24-hour cancelation clause. I was hacked and my ID was stolen! I made a claim through my bank USAA, which I truly like, but they also let me down when they agreed with the hotel and paid them $282 for a night booked by thieves. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone nor do I recommend booking.com. Both of these businesses pray on the victims of ID theft to gain profit.

Far too expensive. $175?!?!? The hotel is pretty dumpy, should be about half this price. Oh, and for that price they should run their shuttle later than 9:30, but we had to pay another $20 to get here by taxi. Never again, Sleep Inn. Beds are bouncy and soft, it's 85 degrees and the pool is closed. We booked it because of the pool. Bad bad.

The manager at this hotel refused to cancel my cousin's reservation and reimburse her over 300 dollars after she got a connecting flight to get to her mom's funeral (hence didn't need the one night reservation to stay in Miami). Manager was rude, insensitive and when asked for his name, he ended the call. Awful client service! SHAME ON THEM!

First let me start with the best part of this establishment, the young man working the front desk on the night of 11/15. He was polite, efficient and professional. Give him a raise because while his coworker was having a massive nasa size meltdown on her Latino guests checking in, this young man kept his cool and checked ALL 7 of us in. She ran out of the building calling us stupid and acted a fool. It was embarrassing to witness all because she couldn't speak Spanish. I took photos of the property just to verify we did stay there...And to think, I missed the photo of the crack pipe stains on the soap holder. The room had no toiletries, hairs on the bed, floor was filthy, men sleeping outside our windows in their trucks. Yuck. Wouldn't do this hotel again, but if I could give that young man at the front desk a big fat winning lottery ticket, I would.

I booked this for my family that was trying to make it up to Indiana for my wedding. The people at the front desk on October 8 around 10:20 ET were absolutely rude, refused to talk to me, refused to provide any helpful information and hung up when we tried to call them directly. I am extremely disappointed in the way this was handled as my mom and younger brother have been stuck at the airport for hours and got terrible service upon arrival. My husband has used Sleep Inn for business trips and they have never required him to present his ID. I wish I could rate it 0/5 stars based on the service we received today. We will not be repeat customers.Also apparently there is no door to the bathroom, the sink is clogged, lights are missing, theres random dirty rags left in the room. Extremely disappointed with this.
