TV didn't work and they did nothing about it. and the pool closed at 7pm. To get breakfast was a very loooong wait. Stood in line for over 30 minutes and still didn't eat. Decided to go to a restaurant. I felt as though I was going to fall through the shower.

On the day of check-in, I was asked for a deposit of 50 dollars, and was told that it would be returned after checking the accommodation, which has not happened to date.

The shuttle takes more than 45min to arrive ? other hotels have already passed back again more than 3 times but not this one.

It's super pretty!!!
The service is very good and the place is clean and tidy.
The hotel gives a very good impression and the current general rating is not what it really is. It's five 5️⃣ ? rating.
Just be careful to know that you get what you pay for. For what I paid here it is fantastic.
Rooms: Small and very pretty.

1) Room was clean and decent. Staff was very courteous and helpful!
2) Shower was horrible, the worst showerhead I have ever used. Barely some water dripped thru the shower. Forget getting a decent shower after a long tiring drive or spending time outdoors in humid Miami weather.
3) right across the airport and it gets very loud after 7AM
4) not nearly enough space to accommodate all guests for the breakfast. Okay complimentary breakfast, not the best or the worst either.
5) my room keycard only worked for one night and had to get it activated again for next day’s stay even though booking was for two nights

Safety: No es un lugar seguro, escribo porque creo que es necesario que los clientes sepan que pueden tener inconvenientes FUERTES. Estuvimos hospedados 4 días, nuestra tarjeta se quedo en recepción y fue clonada. La utilizaron en el transcurso de 20min según nestro banco. Esta quedó en recepción con el encargado CESAR.
Al otro día en la mañana buscamos ayuda con otra recepcionista, Darling quien primero no quiso comunicarnos e intentaba persuadir el problema. A los 40 min me atendió el manager Fernando Trujillo, quien simplemente me ha dirigido a la policia.
Trabajo en servicio al cliente y se lo importante que es la tranquilidad y buen trato para los clientes. Con cariño les digo, piensen 2, 3 y hasta 4 veces en hospedarse en el SLEEP IN MIAMI Airport.
Puede salir mucho mas caro de lo que piensan.
Food & drinks: El servicio de desayuno no es el mejor.
Noteworthy details: El internet no es constante ni de buena banda.
La piscina abre a las 9 am y no a las 8 am como lo dice el letrero..
El servicio de transporte al aeropuerto NO es fijo para cuando llegas, demoramos 2 horas esperando en la terminal y preferimos pagar uber antes de seguir esperando por ese mal servicio.
Solo para cuando haces el check out, necesitan que te vayas rapido....

Room was nice and clean, looked recently renovated. Staff was friendly. Check in and out was a breeze. Shuttle was punctual. Breakfast was simple but very good.
Rooms: Nice and clean. Recently renovated. Comfortable bed. Warm shower. TV was ok.
Nearby activities: Not much to do around. There's a couple affordable pizza places that deliver, the staff will give you pamphlets.
Safety: Felt very safe. Didn't even use the safe box in the room.
Walkability: Not a very friendly area of town for pedestrians.
Food & drinks: Basic vending machine. Free coffee. Breakfast was simple but very nice, plenty of protein: juices, cereals, milk, eggs, sausages, burgers, bread, donuts, cupcakes, yogurt. Outside breakfast you'll have to order, the staff will give you pamphlets. Microwave and mini fridge in the room.

Me and my friend were there for a 5 day trip. Inside of the hotel was stuffy but I had a really comfy sleep. Definitely coming back

Ideal for anyone departing/arriving at Miami Airport. Free airport shuttle - very convenient hotel. Breakfast included: sweet & savory. In the morning it's a bit of a scramble for breakfast: not much space, plastic cutlery & cardboard plates.
Bright rooms & clean bedding. Distrust of the carpet on the floor.?
Very friendly staff. Access to the swimming pool for those who wish. Free parking.
Practical hotel for people passing through Miami, but not for a long stay.

My stay was great. I was greeted by professional, courteous front desk staff by the name of Allen and Karlina.They were very accommodating for my early check in and the room was very clean! The airport shuttle was on time and convenient as well.I will stay here again

Fuimos sólo por una noche, ya que necesitábamos donde dormir por motivo de viaje. Reservé con un mes de anticipación y estoy complacida con la experiencia. Dormitorio limpio y ordenado, sábanas con buen olor y toallas. El check in y check out sumamente rápido... Desayuno que resuelve y transporte al aeropuerto. Definitivamente, volvería!

The rooms are just enough and necessary to spend the night before or after a trip. It has a refrigerator and microwave that add
It has tables to eat with food brought from outside in the lobby and outside the hotel.
They would have to fix the issue of the continental breakfast that is served from 6 to 9 in the morning and there are passengers who arrive at 4 and need to sleep a little more. I would extend it until check out which is at 12.
