Purchased patio set. They sent the hardware for a different tabletop. Screws too long. I expect that as costly as this furniture is, that they could pack a box with the correct hardware or at least have a QC process to check that.

Awful company with terrible customer service (tara) Received damaged products, missing products and terrible service, as well as a terrible shipping experience that Polywood just doesn't seem to want to bother themselves with. Buyer beware

Purchased set of 4 chairs, 2 of which had obvious defects on the same part of the chairs. Sent 2 emails with pictures of defects 10 days ago, still have not heard back. I think there is an issue with the QC department.The 2 chairs without defects are beautiful and very sturdy. Will be happy to revise my review once issues are rectified.

I wish I read these reviews before I ordered. I've had the same experience with lack of customer service. Initially I contacted them because I wanted to order a pair of chairs that matched a gift I received, but didn't have months to wait for furniture (this was in January.) I was told they had increased production facilities and hired more employees. I placed my order in Feb. It's now Memorial Day weekend and after many failed attempts at contacting them, I was finally told my order would arrive mid July. They, of course took my money right away. Go somewhere else to buy your furniture. It's not that great that it's worth the associated problems.

I ordered chair cushions in May and still haven't received them. Their customer service is horrible. I will not order from them again.

I would give a lower rating if possible. Purchased two chaise lounges on 5/3/2020. We also ordered cushions for each. We received the chaise lounges but not the cushions, despite being charged for them. We followed up regularly by email (that was the only option because they shut down their customer service phone lines) and was told repeatedly (at least 3 times) that there was a delay because of COVID-19 and our products would ship in 3-4 weeks. It has bow been over 5 months since we ordered AND PAID for products we did not receive. I requested a phone call by the end of the week via email on 10/5/2020 and did not receive a phone call or even an email back. Effectively, this company has stolen money from me and my family and are refusing to take any ownership of the problem. This isn’t that complicated. You either have the product you still sell on your website or you don’t. If you do, send what we ordered AND PAID for or refund us. Will not do business with this company again and plan on reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission. Abysmal customer service.

This company has major communication issues. I understand that services have been interrupted due to COVID, but I have attempted to contact them for MONTHS with no response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE FRUSTRATED.

I ordered from them on August 7th.. Still no shipment. Cannot get in touch with them by phone and they will not answer emails... I have disputed this charge with Paypal... Sorry excuse for a company.. Do not order from them

I ordered back on May 29th 2020. They said it would take 8 weeks due to covid. After 8 weeks of nothing. I called them and left emails and they never responded. Sometime around August 15 or so I finally got someone to agree to refund me via email. However, I've yet to see a refund hit my credit card. It's now almost October (almost 4 months later) and still can't get a hold of them to get my money back. When they do have chat available ( because they disable it) I am number 178 in the queue. NUMBER 178! After several minutes of waiting they disconnect you from the chat forcing you to leave a message. Which they won't respond to. They are also not answering phones calls. Stay far away from this company. See pictures of queue.

Ordered a set of furniture with 3 lounge cushions on 4/03/2020. The furniture arrived in 2 weeks but no cushions. I emailed and called. Was told that due to Covid they did not know exactly when but maybe May or June. Never heard a word but they had my money. I emailed many, many times.....no reply. I called. They stopped taking calls. I tried chatting but they do not reply to chatting now. It is now 9/11/2020 and still no cushions and no response. At one point I tried to cancel and they told me the fabric had been cut and that was months ago. Still no cushions. I finally called American Express and told them of this horrible experience and turned the matter over to them. I have received a refund from American Express but I have no idea if the problem was ever resolved. I would not recommend this company because frankly I don't know if they are still in business, going bankrupt or they are just a horrible company.

I ordered furniture from this company in June with an estimated ship date of end of July. It’s now September and I have received nothing. They have also not responded to my emails asking for an update on my order. Their customer service phone lines are conveniently closed “in order to better serve me.” Basically this company has taken $700 from me and delivered nothing, and has completely ignored my inquiries regarding my order. The pandemic is not a valid excuse for your horrific customer service. This company should be sued. Those of you who are thinking of ordering from them, do yourself a favor and DON’T DO IT!!

Zero Star Customer Service, they shut off phone support during 2020 COVID-19 times. And they are not responding to emails. I received the wrong color, and Polywood the actual manufacturer is in contact with me but unable to contact Polywood-furniture as well... Terrible. Just go to Polywood.com they will price match the prices you see at this site. I didn't know before I bought. Awful service.
