They say it's open at 8am, you arrive, you get on the list and they leave you waiting an hour to serve you. Nobody comes to see the patient list. And at the time it's just to see the list.

I was there on 9/21/2023 and the lady in the front desk whit the black hair and piercings was really unprofessional, the other people tat help me was really nice. But that girl is a shame.

Really friendly staff. They were all nice. It saddens me that people think some of them not speaking English well merits a bad review. Very inconsiderate to give a bad review for that. But I had a great experience and I was in and out. I’m an A&P mechanic so it seems I may be coming here often. But I’m happy to do so as everyone in there was really nice and helpful. I’m sorry that you get rude people in there with a lack of awareness thinking their rudeness should be met with kindness. But I have nothing bad to say at all.

Came to the clinic at 8:30 a.m for a drug test with 5 people in front of me all 6 of us sat in the waiting room watched an hear the employees talking before anyone got to be seen at 9:25 not a good look

Friendly staff. The front desk staff was approachable and spoke kindly. I didn’t have to wait long to submit my urine, because the staff was moving efficiently and effectively. Mauro V the guy who helped me during my visit was outstanding/amazing. He explained the process and assisted me when I needed help. He had a nice upbeat attitude with him. I felt so welcomed and each staff member I seen was smiling and always asked did I need help with anything. Very fast results with a short wait time. They are amazing here.

I feel bad for those people who have to come to this place. The employees are ghosts, they don't answer, they take a long time to work, they are always in a bad mood, giving terrible service.
