“This was one of the nicest Wyndham Gardens hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff, was so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant and staff were exceptional, especially Johan!! He made us feel so relaxed and pampered. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in Miami! ?”

“Let me start by saying that the room we stayed in was exceptionally clean. I love walking into a room that smells clean. The sheets were clean, and the bed was comfy. I always check the bathrooms at hotels and this was very clean. I was very happy about that. Old Tom's Bar and Grill is attached to the hotel and it was absolutely amazing. Good food and good drinks. They also have games.
Needs improvement:
The pool was closed when I was there, not sure if they were working on it.
They have vending machines and the one on the far left doesn't work very well with cards.
The customer service could be a little friendlier on the phone.
THE SHUTTLE SERVICE! Terrible!! They are about 1.5 miles from the airport and they only go once every hour at the top of the hour. It should be constant or every 30 minutes at least. One of my sisters had to wait an hour at the airport for the shuttle, even though the front desk told her they would come back around in 25 minutes. They made her wait 1 hour. That is completely unacceptable. I would say that they really need to change this. It would greatly improve their hospitality service.”

The hotel gives a very good impression and the current general rating is not what it really is. It's five 5️⃣ ? rating.
Just be careful to know that you get what you pay for. For what I paid here it is fantastic.

“Cheapest and closest hotel for an unexpected layover in Miami. Very conveniently located, shuttle runs regularly. Yes the room was a bit dated and smelled a bit mildewy but sheets and towels were clean, beds were very comfortable, served its purpose perfectly. Thank you”

“People complain about everything but my husband and I wanted something cheap to spend the night. It will not be the best hotel but we were satisfied. If you are one of those who see a "little hair" on the floor, then go and pay more than $200.00 dollars for a hotel night. ??We really liked the treatment of the person who helped us at the window.
Walkability: It is safe to walk and there are many gas garages with whatever you may need.”
