I bring my husband's uniforms here regularly. Shirts are lightly starched as I request, and shirts and pants are well pressed. At a reasonable price. Gentleman at front is pleasant and greets me now by name when I come in. So glad this place is near the 36th St hotels. Very convenient for us. Valuable small business for the local community.

My first experience with the place and it was awful beginning to end. The gentleman who either works or owns the place had a nasty attitude with me from the moment i brought my items in to get dry cleaned. I was asking him questions since it was my first time using their service and asking them if they could care for one of the items that was delicate and essentially my father’s work shirt. The man was rude with me and the lady had to step in to speak for him because on top of him being rude, he barely spoke English. I decided to leave just one of the items instead (which I know regret) of the several pieces I had. I initially wanted to give them business since I support local small businesses. The one item I decided to leave, upon picking up today, was ruined with steam iron stains. The shirt did not look like that initially when I dropped it off and i specifically asked to see it just in case before paying. The quality of their dry cleaning service was also poor in quality because the shirt even looked like it was properly taken care of. It looked sloppy and not even well steamed. As I’m explaining my concern and frustration to the man, he starts yelling at me and says, “take you’re shirt, I never want to see you here again.” If this is the type of customer service you are expecting, then by all means.. but I would not recommend coming here at all, especially with yours or your family’s precious items you care for. This is a shame because this apparently a new owner and the previous owner was way more professional and efficient in his quality of work. I’m taking my business to Barry’s which is also a dry cleaning service in Miami springs and SO MUCH BETTER! And, *CHEAPER. This guy at Garden Dry Cleaners is a Scam and also over charges his price for the lack of quality he delivers.

I walked in and not even a good morning or a hello. I ended up leaving as the very young teenager and the man who was working obviously were not interested in working today. It seemed as if I was bothering g them by walking in.

I parked in a handicapped spot and a south american gentleman came out and told me that was his spot and proceeded to tell me own the spot, there was 2 spots and asked me to move to the other spot. Very rude and in a sarcastic way, he needs to mind his own business.

We've been using Garden Laundry and Dry cleaning for years. My husband gets all of his shirts and pants for work dry cleaned regularly. Occasionally, I'll throw in a dress or two in the mix to get dry cleaned as well. They've always done a great job and are consistent. Never had any issues or concerns. The manager/owner is friendly. The shopping center has plenty of parking.

They ruined a garment of mine. After explicitly asking them to be cautious about it, they did exactly what i asked them to avoid. They were late in having it too. All around awful.

I dont know what is going on but i have been calling their number for the past two weeks and its disconnected or not in service. I did pass by and notice that the place looks the same, Does anybody know if they are open? My clothes are in there and I need to get them out......please and thank you

My experience with Garden Dry Cleaners has been very good so far. I was a little nervous at first because there was only one review and that reviewer's laundry had gone missing. But I did want to support Miami Springs small business owners, and I know one review is not a sufficient sample on Yelp to make any conclusions. So it's been more than a month, and so far, so good. The man who has been accepting my clothes and money appears to be the manager/owner. His customer service skills are good, and he called me by my name the first time I came in to pick up my clothes. The laundry prices are reasonable, but the dry cleaning price is a little too steep for my liking. All in all though, I've had a positive experience. I am writing this in part because I wanted to balance out that negative review which I know can have a devastating effect on a small business. I will also note that the negative reviewer said she used Garden Dry Cleaners for one year prior to her missing laundry incident. The business must've been doing something right to keep her coming back for a full year.

I picked up a couple of dress shirts last week and they didn't look like they were washed at all. There were stains in the collar and underarms. In addition, one of the buttons on shirt was missing! I don't think I'm going back!
