Thieves! We came down for the holidays to spend it with our family and something of value was stolen from our hotel room! The manager says no one has ever reported anything stolen before but the police say otherwise. Its truly unbelievable the nerve of someone to go into our room and steal from us. DO NOT STAY HERE if you value your personal things!

Everything is good. Except they imposed a fee of $3.39 for 'using' the safe in the room, whether you use it or not. Why is it not included in the room rate or at least make people aware of it at the time of booking? These kinds of sneaky fees is what gives hotel and airline industry bad name. It is not the amount but the sneakiness that bothers me.

Close to the airport. Dated rooms. Smells kinda funny. No amenities to speak of. A/c works and shower has hot water. It's a decent place for a night's stay but don't expect any

Great staff, clean room, and convenient location. The restaurant has very reasonable prices and good food... pretty much a win win. The BAD is the crime in the parking lot BEWARE... multiple cars have been stolen, catalytic converter thefts, AND multiple break INS have occurred during our

Everything was totally fine for what you are paying. If you come into this hotel thinking the bed won’t be creaky, or the AC won’t make funny noises, or the safe in the closet be a little too rusty, and the clock 10 minutes off, don’t come you snob… If you think all of this is fine… we did too. The front desk was friendly, we slept good, and we left to the airport at 5am in the included shuttle. Great deal!

They let me check in 3 hours early. The shuttle service kept my bags safe for the few hours before I was able to check in early. The rooms were OK. Clean and comfortable enough, especially for the price and location. The bed could have been a little more comfortable but I have slept on much worse at other hotels. I felt kind of stupid at first because I got stuck in the elevator because no one explained the key card system that you have to use even to get out. The damn elevator kept taking me from floor 2 to 4 and I was staying on 3. Once I figured out the key card everything was smooth sailing.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I would rather sleep outside on my luggage than stay there!! First the front desk people are rude, better be bilingual and they'll still talk poorly about you to each other right in front of you. Our mattress had old blood stains under it! The room smelt musty and old. The vent was caked with dust and possibly black mold! There was mystery stains on the chains, the walls, and curtains! We got to our room and left immediately!!Only good thing, they gave us a refund. An inspector desperately NEEDS to close that hell hole!

My understanding of this hotel was that it had breakfast included and it does not. The bed was nasty and had rice on it and we found 2 roaches in our room. At first sight the room looks nice but the bugs are what dropped my rating. The best thing about it is that it's close to the airport and it has free shuttles to it.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel for several reasons. Firstly, the location was excellent, and the pricing was reasonable. The availability of a free hotel shuttle was a definite plus for convenience. However, one drawback was the strict check-in policy, which only allowed check-in starting at 3 pm. This can be inconvenient for guests arriving on early morning flights, especially when nearby hotels offer more flexible check-in options. If you plan to stay here for a quick overnight stay before catching a morning flight, it's something to consider.

This hotel was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in in a very long time. It was dirty, worn, and old. There were stains on the walls and curtains. The microwave didn’t work. I made the mistake of looking behind the pillows where I found dirt, hair, fingernail clippings, and overall nastiness. The elevator had stains and was so worn. I would not recommend that anyone stay at this hotel and shame on American Airlines for booking missed connections there without giving travelers a different option.

We were only here for 15 minutes before we saw 3 baby cockroaches and a bloodstain on the way to our room. We got into the room and it smelled like cigarette smoke. We decided we didn’t want to sleep there because of uncleanliness (neither of us have ever done that, we aren’t picky or uptight but it was awful). The girls at the front desk were sweet and gave us a refund without asking details, but it was gross and im glad we didn’t sleep here. The roaches were too fast to take a picture of but i got the bloodstain

We stayed there last Saturday - the advantage is clearly the location as we needed a place to rest having just landed at MIA - however, the room had a terrible damp smell. There was also a random tweezer on the floor of the room when we entered, signalling that it was not properly cleaned prior. There is a lot of damage to the ceilings in the hallways and in the room itself, including the outlets. Our AC unit was not working well either. Finally, and this was the worst part for us, we found bugs on our pillows. We checked out right away in the morning and informed the receptionist, whose response was merely: "We will look into it". Probably won't be returning even if for a rest-stop. Hope they rectify these issues soonest.

I understand that this is a "budget" hotel.. However, one would expect any hotel to atleast meet a certain minimum standard of being clean that unfortunately this place falls far short of.The building overall is in an obvious state of disrepair and needs a major refresh.Multiple scuff marks on walls, carpet stains, and worn paint. I can live with that for a cheap room... What I can't live with is the smell. My room, bed, and sheets smelled like the B.O. of whoever slept in them last. I also woke up with a red bump on my skin that I suspect is from a bedbug bite. The shuttle is inconsistent and doesn't even run until 5am so if you have an early morning flight you'll have to shell out for an Uber.Do yourself a favor and dish out another $20-$30 to stay somewhere that can at the very least provide a clean bed.Rooms: Old and dirty

I rented a room through a third party service for under $130 USD.There was a vast amount of parking on the property. The lot off the hotel building itself has a lot more, however it does seem sketchy in that area so the big lot is not ideal versus the spots hugging the building. Parking was included in the price of the rented room. The location of the hotel is convenient for it's proximity to the airport...however, that same benefit also brings noise pollution and industrial surroundings that does not feel as safe.Checking in was seamless like normal. We arrived to room and noticed a strong damp smell, so we returned to the lobby and requested a different room and the employee helped us without an issue and even upgraded our room to a bigger one which did not smell at all. Great customer service, especially considering we arrived later in the day so they must of had to work with the little rooms they had available. The washroom was clean enough for the price you are paying. You won't be tricked into thinking the rooms are luxurious but they are decent.Ultimately, if you are looking for a decent place to sleep and head out then this location does the trick. However, I wouldn't consider this hotel a location for a vacation.

I booked this hotel online because our flight was canceled. Originally, I only booked for one night in hopes that we could get on a flight the next day. My husband then called to extend our stay, which was fine, but we needed to switch rooms ?. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that they were able to keep us for two nights in the same room (I didn’t catch her name, but she was great!). I put my card into the reader for the cost and a different card for incidentals. She said we were all set for two nights. The next time afternoon, I get a call while I’m in the middle of an emergency doctor appointment. My husband said she was extremely hostile and said that if he wasn’t at the hotel in 30 minutes (we were about 25 minutes away but needed an Uber) that they would remove our bags. She said we didn’t pay for the second night. We gave her my card information over the phone, but no, that wasn’t good enough. My husband rushed over to the hotel to put his card in the reader. Now, they are charging both me and my husband for that second night! Everyone has been so unhelpful with this situation. They charged us 3 times (not for incidentals- 3 hotel stays) for a two night stay
