Very poor service due to the wait - similar to the DMV. No one needs to wait in line for 30 minutes for a 2 minute bank service. The line is never longer than 5-6 people, but oh, you will wait. Consider yourself lucky if there are more than 2 (of the 8) tellers open when you visit. I have to come here once every month and it is always the same, no matter the day of the week. Sometimes I switch and go to Pinewood, but the wait is the same. I’m convinced all SoFlo Wells Fargo banks are perpetually understaffed.

Four window tellers staffed by only one teller. Seven desks staffed by only one banker. Ten people waiting. Not an isolated case. One star is a high rating they deserve Zero stars.

I recently thought about opening an saving account with Wells Fargo. I have been calling the office Morning at 9:00 am they don’t answer. In the afternoon around 12:00 noon , no answer . In the evening, no answer . I spent more than 3 hours on the phone , and no one never came to assist me . Really bad services . Extremely bad services . I think I will close my account with them and stay with Bank of America

Possibly the worst bank operations in the history of banks, wonderful staff, eager to help, but their own company doesn’t help them by keeping them always understaffed…And they can’t claim it has to do with Covid, because this horrid customer service existed way before the Covid era

Don't ask someone a question. Wait till they answer, and say "Huh?" Why do I have to repeat myself when it hasn't been half a second? Because when I was answering you were busy ignoring me to say hi to someone else in line. This isn't a front desk where everyone is overwhelming you, I just waited my turn, you asked me before I answered and you could hear a pin drop in there. Sorry, but you don't have enough respect for people to have a customer service job!Whoever the dark skin teller is right now... very rude!

The employees all seem nice and well-intentioned but this branch is a disaster and seemingly understaffed. There are always long lines both to see tellers and to do banking business. As a small business owner it is impossible to come here for services like wire transfers as it will easily take 45 minutes to an hour. It bothers me that my bank is within walking distance of my house but I have to drive to another Wells Fargo location to do any type of transaction.
