This could be the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Horrible customer service. The pharmacy takes forever to complete orders. I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes in their drive up window to get a prescription. If I could have given zero stars I would. Pathetic excuse of a store.

Placed a photo order and it was not ready even though pickup time indicated 3 p.m. They did not begin my order until I got there at 3:14. I asked clerk when it will be ready in which he replied he needed help from another coworker because no one ever taught him how to print banners. I left and returned in 10 minutes in which another store clerk told me the printer isn’t reading the paper and the people on schedule don’t know how it works. Why are you guys even on the schedule ? Someone needs to conduct training asap because while the cashiers line is extra long you have about four employees stocking already full shelves

Most probably one of the worst one !! when you ask the only response is “press the button”….really ? I need to wait a customer service for buying a shower gel ? And so many items are missing…i do not want to come 3 or 4 times before getting eye drop or anything else. The closest for me but definitely not lucky !

As a frequent shopper at Walgreens, I've noticed some areas where improvement is needed. Firstly, the organization of products could be better.
Cleanliness is another aspect that could use attention. While it's not horrendous, there's definitely room for improvement.
On the bright side, the customer service at this Walgreens is generally okay. The staff are friendly and willing to assist when approached, but there's room for improvement in terms of proactively engaging with customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Never seen such terrible customer service. Last month, I reported the Manager Horace Henry to HIPPA and also file a report with Walgreens for this manager. The Manager went ahead and delivered medications to my house without my consent and approval. The medications were left right outside my door with my name on it in plain view. Someone from the Apartment Complex opened the bag and tampered with the meds. I happened to be away at the time. My neighbor called me and told me my meds were opened and on the floor. I called the Walgreens manager to ask who gave him the permission to deliver the meds. Well, instead of apologizing, he was nasty and condescending, I was shocked. The insults were worse when I confronted him in person.

takes forever for everything especially the pharmacy. all the lines take forever. random things locked up that make it a pain to shop here.

I’m highly upset with the overall experience from this location , if it wasn’t for the fact my insurance company is not longer in network with cvs i would never do business here.i had prescriptions that i asked practically begged that they request it from cvs where my doctors office initially sent my prescriptions too i am a diabetic have high blood pressure as well as other health issues and this all requested on Thursday 1/18 /24 when i made my first call to them the man on the phone same unhelpful when i was advised the process was they can request it from cvs, i waited a day then on Saturday after calling this storeMultiple times getting the run around over and over been hung up and i reached out to cvs who advised me that they sent the prescription over and even told me they spoke to a Victor and they should have the prescriptions ,my daughter went to the store to try to see if this was done and the young man at the drive thru ,told her he did not see any prescriptions and then when she told him that cvs stated they spoke to a Victor at the store after my hundreds of call he then proceeded to tell me that the system was down for a whole day so probably did not get it, this is completely unacceptable the lack of care for someone’s health is disturbing , the fact these are medications for someone to sustain life is completely bothersome, i would never ever recommend this store to anyone i even called the corporate office to file a complaint on 1/20/24 and today 1/22 i finally reached out to my primary’ care doctors office to have all of my medications resent and I’m praying and hope this does not cause any issues when i was told this should be an easy process allow 24 hrs and it’s exceeded 24 hrs long time ago, this store and the staff needs to be investigated for shady practices if I’m going through this i can imagine how many other patients go through the same i should’ve known by the ratings the store have i should’ve chosen another location but because is considered to be the closest to home but terrible experience.

No wonder this place has a 1 star rating…just waited for 20 minutes on hold for a lady I can barely understand be rude to me and tell me to hold more. I said something and she went off on me continuing to be rude.

Worst service I ever had. Tried calling and disconnected three times. When I drove there 3 other customers had problems with prescriptions. The employee who waited on me works there 1 day a week.

avoid this pharmacy at all costs. so slow, so inefficient. save yourself the hassle and stress and go to CVS up the street!
