You should be ashamed of being called a Pharmacy
A multi million dollar business that’s inefficient and can’t provide for patients on time
There are no holidays for sick people
I’m calling from a provider after hours trying to place a prescription and you guys hung up on me
Shame . Don’t go here , like many other businesses out there only to collect money not providing services

Go somewhere else if you possibly can. It takes them days to fill any simple prescription and even when you go in person they will say it’s going to be ready in a few hours….it never is. They are rude and not helpful. Go next door to Publix.

I went to Walgreens to have pictures transferred to a flash drive . The cashier Shanell from the front was working double time!! Not only did she work the front .. NO ONE CAME TO PHOTO COUNTER BUT SHANELL.. The Other person who finally came to help with the photo counter wasn't very helpful at all!! her name was NANCY.. IT SEAMED LIKE SHE DIDNT WANT TO WORK. ALSO THERE WAS ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHO DIDNT RECIVE ANY HELP WHAT SO EVER LEFT THE STORE NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. I WAS ABLE TO TELL HER ABOUT THE PHOTO SERVICE.. BUT GUESS I DIDNT EXPLAIN CORRECTLY. SO THEY LEFT.WHAT A SHAME THAT 1 PERSON HAD TO WORK 2 COUNTERS AND STORE WASNT BUSY.

Rude and dismissive. Always put you on hold and hang up on you. To get an answer you have to call many times and they scream at you. Horrible customer service.

I understand the reviews. They are very rude and have no empathy for sick people.Called to check if they have a medecine before going as I cannot find it and cannot walk but they refused to tell me and told me I have to come with the prescription.

The absolute worst Walgreens pharmacy I've ever dealt with. It's unfortunate, since it's the closest to my house. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt several times, but never improves. I have to go to a location further away to get decent service. Employees are super rude and act like you (the customer) are a burden to them. Just terrible attitudes, as you'll see in other reviews.

Extremely dismissive. Not knowledgeable. Super slow to fill prescriptions whether you wait in store or fill in advance. Rude and unorganized. Never been frustrated with a pharmacy like this before. Also rarely answer the phone and put you on hold until you give up…

Yesterday, we went to this Walgreen's to get our second Covid-19 booster shots. Before going to our appointment, we filled out all the required forms ahead of time. We picked the 5:30 and 5:40pm slots. The store and pharmacy area was practically empty, so we didn't have to wait very long for the shot.Everything went smoothly. The parking lot was empty. We were glad to get this done.
