“I went to Walgreens to have pictures transferred to a flash drive . The cashier Shanell from the front was working double time!! Not only did she work the front .. NO ONE CAME TO PHOTO COUNTER BUT SHANELL.. The Other person who finally came to help with the photo counter wasn't very helpful at all!! her name was NANCY.. IT SEAMED LIKE SHE DIDNT WANT TO WORK. ALSO THERE WAS ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHO DIDNT RECIVE ANY HELP WHAT SO EVER LEFT THE STORE NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. I WAS ABLE TO TELL HER ABOUT THE PHOTO SERVICE.. BUT GUESS I DIDNT EXPLAIN CORRECTLY. SO THEY LEFT.WHAT A SHAME THAT 1 PERSON HAD TO WORK 2 COUNTERS AND STORE WASNT BUSY.”

“Incredible the service at the pharmacy in Walgreens at Biscayne and 90th.My boyfriend was in emergency last night and they prescribed oxycondone. Walgreens doesn’t have a contract with his insurance.But Gaby the pharmacist helped with single care and he only had to pay $16. Then Dumas the manager was ringing him up and helped him get that down to $14.Now I understand why my boyfriend drives all the way there.Thank you Gaby for always being so helpful, kind and compassionate!Have a wonderful blessed safe peaceful Sunday!In Friendship,Carolina & Marcos”

“Publix always delivers!! I got cupcakes for a kids party. Specifically decorated Barbie theme and Racing car theme. Unfortunately the cups cakes were ruined when I accidentally drop them tripping over an uneven pavement. I went back to Publix to see if I can get those same decorated cupcakes at 8 pm and Daphenie Jules was a sweetheart!! Not only was she understanding of my dilemma, she immediately started making preparations to decorate 12 cupcakes for me. I can’t thank her enough for making a bad situation better. Note: she was the only one working in the bakery at that time and a few people needed her help. She was very patient with each customer.”
