EXCESSIVELY HIGH PRICES.If you intend to take your car to this shop, make sure you ask for a quote with a breakdown of the cost of parts and labor, or you might end up paying the same or more than you normally would pay at the dealership. I brought my car in for one thing and they ended up replacing windshield wipers and stuff I could have done myself, but the actual damage was not fixed. On top of that, I brought my car with a relatively new battery and picked it up with a bad one, so I had to go buy a new one. Another mechanic told me: “that often happens when the battery is disconnected and connected incorrectly”.Don’t forget to ask for prices, before you authorize any repairs.

Took my car in to get the AC condenser replaced. Tried to use the horn sometime after: it doesn't work. I check fuses, then move up under the hood, and the horn is missing. So basically they just forgot to attach the horn: ok it happens, but after the repair they ended up with an extra horn in the shop and deliberately chose not to say anything. I had to call them complain and go back to the shop, and wait... waste a bunch of time to get my horn back. This tells me that the shop does sloppy work and is generally dishonest.

Trusted mechanic. Jonathan is the best. They fixed interior noises in my BMW in less than an hour. For comparison, the official BMW service - Braman - took FIVE separate attempts and were NOT able to locate or fix the issue. Napa autocare center is truly the best.

My wife took my BMW X3 to the shop for various repairs. We were advised we would receive an estimate within 3 days. That 3 days turned into 1 complete month!!! They do not answer or the phone when you the customer calls because NO ONE from their office communicates or update the customer!! After a month of waiting we FINALLY get an answer and the truck was ready for pickup. My wife was able to drive only 30min when the original problem resurfaced. She had to leave the car for it to be towed back to the shop. Again we were told a few days for the repair, and the technician GUARANTEED it would be ready Monday morning, yet here we are again playing the waiting game and no one answering the phone, instead we're being routed to the voice-mail. Here's the fun part, I've been subjected to taking a lyft to/from work for a month and 3 days now. Totaling $40 each day on TOP of the $1500 "repair" fees charged by the company. I wouldn't recommend this company to the USA worse enemy!! Even the 1 star is giving them too much credit!!
