Great gym. Cameron is dedicated to keeping it clean and the equipment modern. Everyone from professional bodybuilders to beginners can find a way. It’s got a really positive vibe. The personal trainers are outstanding. Jason and Wes are standouts at the top of their game amongst more than a handful of elite trainers there.

We installed 4 tvs for Mpower gym. They have alot of newer looking gym equipment and the music played was motivating. I would join if I lived in Miami.

New location took a while to get open, but the best option in Miami Shores area.Ive tried the usual suspects, LA Fitness, Elev8tion & this is by far the best gym & best bang for your buckSlightly cheaper than Elev8tion & maybe 40% more than LA fitness…Stull the best choice .. Ask for manager Cameron as he is helpful and really a polite & cool guy

Great new space. The gym is very spacious and almost all equipment is new. Friendly staff. The gym has that neighborhood vibe. Convenient location and plenty of parking.

Amazing gym! I would highly recommend joining. New location and great atmosphere. The customer service staff is amazing and very accommodating. The gym has all the equipment you need at a great value compared to everywhere else I’ve looked into. I’ll be staying here for awhile! Thanks MPower Gym!

Everyone that comes here is friendly, helpful and truly dedicated to their fitness journey. They have a variety of machines, weights and the trainers are very knowledgeable. It feels like a community. Highly recommend Mpower for your go-to gym!

This is a great gym. Those that complaint obviously haven’t gone to other gyms in the area or outside of it. Has a lot of equipment, if any goes down is fixed shortly after, and most important: YOU CAN WORKOUT WITHOUT WAITING!!! Thank you guys for all you do!!

I honestly don't understand what their business mission. They have had over 20 years servicing miami shores residents and now it's been over 3 months with no updates or progress in the new location. Looks like they called it quits, the less they can do is inform their members of the status so we can move on. And not all hold out hope.

I like the gym bc is like old school.But they do not maintain the machines, the air conditioning is hardly turned on. Because you have to be hot when you are paying for a membership. ( Also full teenagers ?)

This is exactly what I want from a gym. Big room full of machines and free weights, nice staff, and some classes. No need for a chain mega-gym when you have a perfect spot like this in the neighborhood. Also, very affordable and great location.
