My mom broke her phone. I needed an inexpensive replacement. I went to two other locations that had no reasonable options and didn't care if we had one. Then I found this location. We were greeted by Jacob with no wait time. I explained what we needed and he took us right to an affordable phone. He helped set it up as I had to piece the old together to get it working. He was helpful, patient and so kind. This will be my go to location from now on !! Thank you, mom's happy ☺️

Get there with my phone totally blocked. Ricardo was fast and helpful. I walk away 10 mins after with a big smile. My phone is very important and having a good store to go for any issues is a must for me.

I enjoyed my time at Metro PCS because of a certain employee named Coralie. I thank her for all that she has done for me and my mom. She helped get me the phones and other accessories we needed. She has made my experience at this Metro PCS amazing. I would return to this Metro PCS but only request the help of Coralie. She was easy to talk too and had alot of patience. I am very thankful for Coralie.

Coraline is an assest to Metro PCS , my father had gotten taken in by Assurance, a"free" service for low income folks. He wanted to keep "port" his original 305 # . The Assurance company made it impossible for him to call out. ( Seniors beware nothing is truly free ) well almost 4 hours of driving around in the pouring rain on Sunday - Coraline was able to reinstate my pops service and get his original phone # back Yeah 305! Coraline is a treasure. Patient, kind and knowledgeable .

The girl working here, I don’t know her name but she acts like the manager, unfortunately her customer service skills are not worthy of that kind of position let alone employee. She seems very uninterested to help you and acts like you are bothering her. Poor attitude and bad service. Will not go back here.

At 1st I was skeptical about coming here based on the bad reviews, however, since it's close to home, I decided to come anyway. I'm glad I did. The associate by the name Coralie was extremely nice & helpful. She's very knowledgeable & took her time to assist us even though she was the only employee at the store. I wish more people were as nice as this girl. Not only in sales but in general.

I called about a Galaxy Note 9, she said she had the last one. I rush over and she showed me an S9, talking all the time, I was very upset because I dropped my phone into a canal. She set up the phone avoiding my questions and I realized I bought a very tiny S9 when after I paid for it. TERRIBLE SERVICE. WATCH OUT.
