I am in trouble with the IRS due to mishandling of information. Apparently they put things on me that I didn't know about and I received a letter from the IRS that I owe 2,700 dollars. I go to the place and they tell me that that person no longer works there so what do I have to do?

This place is a fraud, I do not recommend at all. They stole my tax money and claim the IRS has many new hires and they don’t know what they are doing . They will give you any type of excuses to NOT give you your money. Niurka Zamora did my paper work and placed their business account number on the tax forms so the money gets deposited to them. I called IRS various times and they confirmed to me the account number the money was deposited in , which is their account. Niurka try to convince me IRS was wrong and she would try to fix the situation to get my money, well that never happened. I never saw my Tax money for 2023. Never again! They should be investigated for fraud.

They are a group of thieves who are able to sell their family for a commission.
They deceive you and on top of that they don't give you an answer. They inflate your taxes and then create problems with the IRS. Be very careful with 5-star reviews since they are usually from friends or family.

I don't recommend it, they do fraud to make more money. They didn't give me back what they owed me. When I call them, they make up an excuse. They are thieves.

Scammers charge a lot, they invent things to get you into trouble and they don't help you solve it. They don't even answer the phone, be careful with these abusers, especially NOMAR.

They are scammers, they charge you a percentage of what they refund you, something totally illegal by the IRS and without authorization from the IRS.
Client, they took 1270 dollars from me for a refund of 4040, an amendment to a job that they did wrong, they add their account number so that the money goes to their account and they never give you an explanation, no manager explains it to you and you are robbed by these ropes of criminals.
I am already making my complaint to the IRS under form 14157 (sp). Although they already know that this company is a scammer. I do not recommend them, be very careful do not give your refunds to these people

If I could leave 0 stars I would. First, I still haven't received my taxes from 2021 due to an error committed by the person who prepared my taxes, Joaquin. He wrote me down as self employed which was completely false. Due to his error in which he or his company have taken 0 accountability for I have suffered financially and have spent countless hours attempting to resolve this matter with the irs with zero assistance from La Familia Taxes. To top it off, I gave this company a second chance with a different agent named Rodrigo. He has also failed both my husband and I. First, he created a business account for us with my husband as the sole owner when we requested a joint account. He did not explain to us that's only possible with a certain type of company. Second, he failed to inform us that there's a deadline to file taxes for the business account and we only found out after we received a penalty for $940 in the mail stating so. Yet he still charged us $400 knowing he was filling our taxes late and did not notify us that we may receive a penalty in the mail. Then, when we called him to help us resolve this matter with the irs he had 0 accountability for anything and said that was our problem to deal with them. I highly recommend you look elsewhere away from this company to file your taxes. They will mess up and cover each other's mistakes and have no accountability.

I was fortunate to be referred to Juliet at La Familia Multiservices to file my taxes this year. I had been getting my taxes filed for many years with a CPA that was very dear to me but who retired this year. So I asked all of my close friends to recommend a good CPA, which is not that easy to find. My friend referred me to Juli at La Familia. I reached out to Juli, she called me on the phone, and we spoke at length about my tax filings. I emailed her all of my documents, and she would reach out to me with any questions. Lastly she emailed me the tax forms to be signed electronically. I was in awe to check the bank today and see that the IRS had already deposited my tax refund in my bank account, honestly the fastest turnaround I've experienced in my life. I would like to thank Juliet for her incredible work, her professionalism, patience, kindness and superb service. I look forward to filing my taxes with Juli next year. Thank you for your incredible services.
