I wasn't to sure how to go about this just because I can honestly say I have never purchased anything online. I saw something I liked and I took my chances on it, not knowing the outcome. We'll I can say that I am very pleased with my purchase and the help I received over the phone through txt and email. They didn't have the piece I wanted originally in stock anymore they sold out but got me something very similar and made sure it was ok with me before they shipped out!
