My recent experiences at Family Dollar have left me with mixed feelings. While it serves as a convenient spot for quick household essentials, there are notable areas where improvement is needed.
First and foremost, the organization of products within the store could definitely be better. A more organized layout would greatly enhance the shopping experience and save customers time.
On the customer service front, I'd say it's okay. The staff are generally polite and willing to assist if approached, but there's room for improvement in terms of being proactive and engaging with customers.

Terrible!! .. Miami Shores is described as one of the best areas to live, let's keep it that way! get ride of that Family Dollar!! very unprofessional employees there, starting with the manager.

A worker at the store accused my fiance of stealing the chocolate covered eggs and called the police on us. We were told that if we come back it would be considered trespassing. This is highly unacceptable and I will be informing corporate and seeking some type of actionService: sucks

Poor customer service. Tried to return an open item and cashier refused, I have returned a hundred opened items with no problems but this is the first time I encountered this. Also she was giving me an attitude, I am bilingual and I respect every person that doesn’t speak good english but she is just rude and gave me an attitude. Will not buy from that store again.

Truly a horrible customer service experience. The cashiers do not acknowledge you when there is a long wait in line. On top of that the manager/cashier allowed another customer that was in a rush to skip me. The “manager” wasn’t expecting me to speak up & had no words, but still went through with the transaction!! Seriously its the principle of it all, & they definitely lost a customer.
