While visiting the store I was asked for my IMEI number of my cell phone when I stated I was just paying my phone bill I was in the store for over 30 minutes waiting Ellie was not serving one customer at a time she was caught into 2 customer when I find that very disrespectful when I asked to speak to the manager Jay which didn’t know what was going on but took Ellie side of the situation was told to purchase the SIM card and when Ellie speak with my niece in the she also asked why do you guys need the IMEI number Ellie stated it’s for her job safety and my niece said that’s crazy just to pay a phone bill “prepaid phone bill” I called the store to speak with the manager Jay was not trying to solve the issue Jay the store manager is the way he addressed me so I asked for corporate number he said there’s no one else I could speak with because he is Jay the store manager I just want a refund for the SIM card I’ll have no use for Jay and Ellie needs training on how to treat all nationality I did leave the store not satisfied at all Very poor customer service

I came here a couple of months ago to set my new house internet — very unfriendly and not able to set the internet (due to house address being new). I went to another store of AT&T they were able to do it in 15 minutes

My phone was stolen while traveling internationally. I had my husband go the store to get a new phone. the first time the manager refused to help me even though i explained my phone was stolen and i could not validate the phone number by sending a pin to the phone. common sense. then i had to spend 50 min on the phone with customer service because he said he could not call customer service. Att customer service said that i my husband is authorized on the account and that to tell them when he goes to the store that because my phone was STOLEN they could not validate it and to follow the procedure and call customer service. The manager Cecil proceeded to then argue with me while i'm at airport trying to get home. 0 customer service, he is the sole reason i am cancelling my service with att that i have had since 1996. I asked to have my stuff ready so when i fly back to the country i could pick it up in perosn. HE REFUSED! Completely rude, not helpful, refused to assist me. 0 customer service you are manager and a person is telling you their phone was STOLEN and you are saying i have to send a passcode to your phone or log in online where they have to send a passcode to the phone!

I went in on a Saturday because my voicemail was not working on my iPhone. I was helped in a timely manner and issue was resolved in 2 minutes. All employees I spoke to were helpful and kind. I would definitely go there again when the time arises. Super convenient to home and they weren’t super busy.

Don't sign up for AT&T at Target. The 'reps' for AT&T that are working there are liars and thieves. Evelyn and Jheen are a pair of crooks. They sell you a line for $50 but never tell you about the taxes and activation fees and a bunch of extras. Then they give you their supervisor's phone number, Desiree, and she never answers the phone or return phone calls. Then AT&T tells me those scums work for Target. I need a lawyer for a class action lawsuit. Then you have to wait 60 days to get out of your contract. It's a scheme.

Great service. Staff goes above and beyond, especially Geoffrey, and explains very well all the different options and offers they have. They won’t make you feel like their making you choose the most expensive or convenient one for them. Recommended!

The reps at this store are clueless and cant provide adequate service. Their best bet is to refer you to other locations. The convenience of having a Miami Shores location is worthless not to mention a waste of time.

Worst service ever.I visited the store to switch a defective sim card, people were zero helpful, more focused on the tv than helping me.I had to call Att myself to solve my issue, more than 30min on the phone I couldn’t get a hold on anyone.If you are looking for a horrible service, visit this store

After 7 years of using the first version of the iphone SE, I found myself in need of a cell phone upgrade. I googled AT&T stores nearby and found the Miami Shores location - and per Yelp - this location had horrible reviews. But the store is 2 blocks from my house, so I gave it a look anyway, fully prepared to walk if any of the reviews were remotely close to true. The gal who assisted me - Jesenia - was helpful, kind, patient, and wonderful. She found me a cell phone and payment/data plan that suited me to a tee. Her co-worker - Yarita - was just as accomodating. I mentioned to both of them the negative reviews. They were aware and stated the previous employee no longer worked there and all they both could do is the best they can and move forward - didn't try to deny, cover it up or spin it - just provided me w/ terrific service, set me up w/ a new cell phone and plan - apologized again for the bad apple - and sent me on my way. Thank you again Jesenia for all your help - it was very much appreciated!

I have been to this store 4 times for help with insurance claim and affidavit. the 1st time i purchased a new case so when i got my phone i would not break it again they sold me the wrong one. Went back 3 more times and instead of helping they basically said do insurance your self. then when I went back because i didn't have the receipt yet I did have the original box and with upc and all the parts they would not simply exchange it for the ultra case instead of the plus that they sold me. this is just bad customer service i could have stayed with metro pcs who has lower prices for 4 lines of service and much better customer service. you think you go to a contract company and they will treat you better they dont I was paying 107 for 4 lines and withatnt I pay 148 pay for 4 lines and get you can do it yourself
