AGENT HELEN IS IGNORANT, RUDE AND A LIAR! We came to a passport appointment on time before 11 am. It’s 11:15 and we were told that our appointment was at 11 and they can’t do anything. We had been waiting in line for 15 minutes and told they did not see us waiting in line!
What kind of service is this??????
Telling your customers that they basically are liars and that it’s their fault they didn’t get to the front of the line by 11 am.

This review is for Shawnda. It's been two weeks since I've gained possession of the keys to my employer's PO Box. During my first visit, I was accompanied by a fellow employee who was assigned the duty of retrieving those PO parcels previously, to ensure that I work for the company and have authorized access. Twice a week, I have been identified by other USPS employees and helped without issue. Today, Shawnda decided to be a burden, an inconsiderate disruption to my occupation and refused to retrieve the parcels I needed. Furthermore, instead of providing assistance, I was left without enough information and confusion as to why I am being refused help, during my 4th visit. If Shawnda was truly concerned, she could have called my employer to confirm my authorization, like the USPS office did moments ago. But instead, she left the USPS booth after telling me to do something that I did not understand. I've picked up several large bags of parcels throughout the week, so to open a PO Box and retrieve a slip, did not make any sense to me... Furthermore, you would think, anyone competent with enough common sense would know, that if I was some kind of thief, my employer would have reported hundreds of stole packages by now... But it seems that Shawnda lacks common sense and intelligence. I understand the protocol of USPS. I sincerely do. But this is my fourth visit. This ordeal was unnecessary and seemed to be just an exercise and abuse of power. So unfortunately, this negative review had to be written.

I made my child's passport at this office and it was very easy, everyone was very friendly. I was there to make sure it was correct that I should go by appointment and the man who assisted me answered all my questions and gave me the form I needed. fill. I made my appointment online and I had everything in order, my appointment was for 10:15, I arrived at 10:00 and there was no one, they attended to me immediately and at 10:13 minutes I was already on my way home!

We went to pick up a registered letter today, Saturday, and the people who work there have a malicious attitude, they have no education, they don't seem to be frustrated in their life or it will be because they have to work on Saturday, it's not the fault of the people they are there, I would thank God that they have a job and the supervisors should choose the staff they put in front better, we malign the service.

Horrible service. These people don't answer phone calls at all. I've called about 10 times no answer they just hang up! I dropped a package off yesterday around 1 pm and it has not been scanned at all and now I'm concerned and can't get a hold of anyone

Had an amazing experience today completing my passport forms with Agnes. She was respectful, kind, and fast. I had been searching for a postal office that would accept walk ins, and Agnes made sure me and my mother got ours done with no trouble. Thank you, will recommend.

I don't know if it was Mario as well or someone else but the receiving agent was IRRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL. Refused to accept my baby's passport application even when I walked in at the beginning of the accepted time window. Mentioned that I had to have arrived at 7AM (even though they are closed). I asked for reconsidering since the application was for my baby, whom was right there with me, and still didn't allow us to apply. Hopefully this whole institution gets abolished so that this mediocrity stops existing.

I’ve got to say Lisa and Wilfredo have not only called me number of times to follow up on a claim they also managed to find my missing package and deliver it same day. While my experience wasn’t pleasant with USPS. The outcome that Lisa and Wilfredo provided me was worth writing a good Review about.

They forgot to scan my package when delivered ... So eBay awarded the buyer almost $300 ... The post lady admitted they delivered but did not scan and won't send me proof so I can forward to eBay and get my money back. Unreal level of fudgery . No one knows anything. These offices can't even reach each other.

I had a very unpleasant unpleasant experience in that place, Sr. Mario is disrespectful, he should not work in a Usps, with a people, I saw how an older man was humiliated for not speaking English and the manager justifies it, he is his cousin.

Mario is very rude, he treats people badly. He says bad words. For me he is schizophrenic. It scared me a lot, I thought he was going to hurt me.
