This place is amazing!! i recommend coming here to get any studies done. wonderful customer service and very nice people. Medical records is very attentive and is quick and careful with reports.

Worst service. They never pick up the phone, and when they do they speak in Spanish without even checking to see what language you speak. They keep rescheduling and blame others. When I did go for one procedure, I waited over 2 and a half hours for the testing while having an appointment. I do not recommend this place. Terrible customer service.

Kendall office ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️8900 Coral WayFront desk Argenis is amazing ? super friendly, I loved the way he treated my mom, I took my mom for a CT scan of the chest and if she waited 25 minutes it was too much. The technician Roly was super nice ? he gave me a CD with the images without charging anything, while other places you have to pay $5-$10 per CD.⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT

Kendall office located at: 8900 SW 24th Street. Miami, Fl. 33165The place is very nice and clean, you don't have to wait for hours like other centers, Argenis the guy at the front desk is very friendly and polite and the technician Roly is very communicative, he knows what he's doing, unlike other places where technicians do not even know how to care for a patient. My patients have no complaints about them.I recommend it 100%

Went to the location in Coral Way (8900 SW 24 St). The staff at the facility (Argenis, Rolando and Ivette) are OUTSTANDING. Super friendly and professional.

The worst place to work! The owner George Elso is a very abusive person, he does not pay on time, he gives rain checks to employees and when employees demand payment he mistreats them, yells at them, ignores them or tells them that he will pay them when he can. They fired my son for demanding his money. The owner of this place has multiple felonies. My son still owes 2 checks and the owner of this place called him to insult him and wants to force my son to sign a document so that he does not file a complaint with the labor department or the court, in short he is trying to extort to my son.

I do not recommend this place. I have chest X-ray done five days ago and my Dr. haven’t received the results still. Now my surgery is on hold because of this delay. Even after the Dr. request for the results to be STAT.

Came for a MRI, the front was very helpful and before I went in they checked my Insurance and let me know what was covered and what I needed to pay out of pocket. The MRI Tech was so nice and walked me through the whole process. As for what I saw the X-ray equipment was advanced compared to the Hospital stuff. And much more friendlier. I highly recommend Universal Imaging.

The location is clean and neat. The receptionist is understanding with everyone she deals with. Technically they seem to be fine but the waiting time is unfairly long. It took 1 hour and 25 minutes to get the test done. After waiting the test itself only took 10 minutes.
