“I needed a quick rental of a 10ft truck. I made the reservation online. I opted for check-in at the desk since this was my first time renting a U-Haul truck (the other option was self check-in).
Check-in was easy and Rhonda, who was at the desk, was really nice. I appreciated her pulling the truck out of the parking space for me because I was a little nervous. The truck was a newer model, it was clean and everything was functioning. After I dropped it off, I promptly received the receipt, and all the charges were correct.
I will be moving soon so I noted the prices of the moving boxes and they were well priced ($4 & change for the largest one), so I will probably come back here to get boxes when I need them.
I recommend this U-Haul rental location to anyone in need of the services!”

“Okay so I rented from there at the end of August 2024. The morning shift people and the evening shift team are like night and day experiences literally. When I went in person in the morning they seemed/were annoyed. Also, like others have said I myself also had issues reaching ppl on the phone. They just wouldn't answer. Not sure if it was because they were busy or if they just dont like to. Ended up having to go in person to ask my question and even the manager was just not providing good service that day he was annoyeddddd. To the point that they told me to wait until it was the other shift which is pretty messed up. So they definitely need to work on teamwork in the mornings. And if they don't like working find another place to work at. For them I'd give them 1 star.
Now my experience with the afternoon/night team was much better. They just had better energy and seemed much more helpful. I was lucky to write down their names because of how helpful they were. Leila, Erica, and Isaiah helped me with extending the turn in time by an hour. They helped me rent the mats. The turn experiece was smooth they came and checked out the van super fast. Wayyyy better experience in the same day. Hopefully they're still there because it was such a good experience. For that I would give this place 5 stars. So thanks to those three for turning my experience around.”

“Biggest complaint with this location is there is no return box anywhere on the Property I walked around to the back I walked around the parking lot I asked the Neighbor boring businesses nobody knows anything I see a lot of cameras but nobody to assist and I will tell you they close a little earlier than six I guess tomorrow I’m going to have to waste time out of my day to come drop off the key I will say his store is very clean and he has a ton of Merchandise”

“We are here visiting family and we're renting mini van for two out of four days here. Our uncle was going to take us to the airport, but his van broke two days before we were suppose to leave! We called and asked if we could add a day and change drop off locations, they said over the phone it would be $100 just to change locations! We go to drop it off and tell them our story and they take the charges off to change locations!!!! Great manager and workers, were very helpful and understanding. We definitely recommend!!!”
