Sonesta Select Miami Lakes is a clean and affordable hotel with a good location. The staff is excellent, professional, friendly, and nice. Rooms are comfortable, clean, inviting, and well-kept, though sometimes a bit small. Some rooms feature a balcony facing the garden. The area offers plenty of nearby places to shop and eat, with a supermarket and liquor store within walking distance. The hotel provides good value. However, the pool was broken and the general store lacks some convenient items. The breakfast bar does not serve full meals. The bathroom was clean but the sink area was compressed and a vent fan is needed. Guests indicate they are happy and plan to return.
I stayed with my family for one night here, the staff's attention was excellent, the room was comfortable, and the hotel's location is good! If I return to Miami, I'll try to stay in the same place.

In town for a few days and decided to try this hotel. I am so happy I did, Sergio checked me in and he was fantastic. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The rooms were also very clean. Best value in town.
