I brought in my wedding band for a cleaning/sanding and to replace a diamond that had fallen out. The owner and Marisa helped me, both very sweet and kind - not pushing for a sale. The price was very reasonable and my ring looks great. I highly recommend.

I took in my wedding ring for resizing. The Snow’s were knowledgeable and so pleasant. They did exactly as promised, called with and estimate within a few days, we agreed and it was ready a couple of days after. It was like a new ring! They suggested to fix a couple of additional things on ring and cleaned it beautifully. I love my ring and now I’m able to wear it again. Thank you so much Gary and Marisa!

I originally went to get my watch tightened and they did it for me in only about 5 minutes. They are very sweet and charming people. I got to keep what they took off as well. I later went back to fix my jewelry and custom make a ring out of a single earring I had. They were not only able to use the metal that I wanted, but they even custom made the size so it perfect fit my finger! It was a very easy process and I liked how they didn’t talk down to me. I am a young woman and a lot of jewelry places I have been to alone will talk down to me and oversell me cause I’m “easy” but I didn’t feel pressure at all here! I will only be going to them from now on, all of my custom and fixed pieces came out so beautiful in only about a week tops!

I came in with a citrine gemstone that I wanted set in a necklace and needed a less than 2 week turnaround. Marisa was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right setting and necklace to make it shine. It was done quickly and turned out beautiful.
