They are thieves and consistently charge your credit card more than you paid for … Amex and Visa cards at the pump. Called to complain and she said no that is normal … these were not holds these were hard charges of $200.00 that were not purchased . Stay away from this place … calling my Amex to formally dispute and report . Check your actual credit card balance, there will be hard charges you did not approve ! Stay away !!! I asked for the owner to call me … and they laughed!

I’ve lived in Miami Lakes for a little over 10 years now and I don’t understand why the ladies that work here are so nasty to women. Every time I walk in they have a face and give an attitude. I honestly hate that this is the closest gas station to my house. The only lady that’s nice is the older lady that works nights!! She’s the only one that smiles and makes me feel welcome. In the last year because of their attitudes I refuse to buy gas, pastelitos or even coffee from this gas station. I walked in this morning and again the faces are ridiculous maybe they don’t even know they look like that to us?? I don’t know but if you are a women avoid this gas station cause u just might come out ur face. The funniest thing is when a man walks in they all are like “HI”, just ridiculous

Do not use their services. Gas prices are always high and the car wash does not work well. I still used it on occasion in a pinch but I stopped when I realized it is rigged! I paid inside for a their $10 car wash; when I used the code on the receipt, the machine gave me an $8 wash instead (both receipts are below). The two cashiers argued that I faked the proof. HOW and WHY would I go through that trouble for $2?!

The new Car Wash is not working properly. I paid the most expensive one of 10 Dollars and not even the tire cleaners and the Wax after scrubbing work. The $6 scrubbing doesn't make detergent, just water.

I’m so disappointed at whoever owns the Shell Gas station at 15404 NW 77th Ct in Miami Lakes. The only reason I pumped gas here today was because I needed gas and this will be the last time. I will never use any services at this Shell location or use Shell at all anywhere. The current average of gas for regular unleaded is $3.72 and the proprietor is charging more then .50 cents the average. You should be ashamed of yourself for taking advantage of the worldwide events taking place and increasing your gas prices. Karma is an amazing thing and I promise you that the money you are stealing now, you will lose ten fold in the future.

Something very strange is happening at this gas station. Every time I try to use my card inside, the transaction declines. I've tried 2 credit cards and my debit card and neither work. The cashier looks under the counter as if to check the internet connection and assures me it must be my card(s). I've called the bank and they say they see no authorizations from Shell. Outside my cards work fine. This has now happened to me a handful of times, so I've stopped going. I was just mentioning it to my boyfriend and he mentioned the same thing happens to him! Anyone else? Aside from that, gas is expensive, but the Cuban coffee inside is delicious.

Apple Pay doesn't work, I don't know why they even have it there, car wash sucks so don't bother paying for it, gas is expensive, it's just not worth it.

Worst customer service ever... the lady that works there was very rude to a customer that asked for help. Told him off in front everyone for no reason at all.
