Melanie and Christine are very kind to my Wife and I. They take their time with questions we have, and do their best to help us.

Publix pharmacy has lost their empathy, I have been coming here for the past 15yrs and will now be changing. Nobody there seems to care and are lost when questions are ask, if they would take their time to assist and help customers like before it would be helpful. I saw a young man struggling to assist me and not once did the seniors took over in which it would have made it easier for everyone. I can see that he was trying and was just being told what to say instead of taking charge of the situations. You have the experience and should assist your staff when need it.
I’m giving one star because there’s nothing lower. The star should go to the young man that try to help me. If interest I’ll give my honest feedback
really a disappointment

Well, I like shopping at this location but I came here at six minutes after 10 PM and i get one of the staff calling me from across the parking lot putting his hand across his throat signaling me that they are closed so I informed him that it says that this location is open till 11 PM. He said he understands and they've been closing at 10 PM since 2020. So apparently they've known this since 2020 and still have not made any changes to it , which is terrible because I had to go out of my way, getting up calling an Uber to get here to pick up things for tomorrow only to be told they are closed.

Publix it’s a shame to have someone that works for your supermarket called Melanie. While she calls herself the “pharmacist” with zero manners. Not sure where this tittle came from, if you ask me it came straight from the flea market. This will explain how can someone be so rude to other humans that you call customers. While I’m just one person and she doesn’t care I take my prescriptions else where, imagine how 1 can add to 2 and before you know there I’ll be no pharmacy for Publix. Do better, if you hire someone with a lack of
Customer service and human decency you will continue to have the same issues.

There's a lady in the sushi counter that is always super accommodating. She's really nice and always has smile on her face. I couldn't catch her name but the service was amazing.

I just have one question why we can't tip the baggers ? They are doing an amazing job by assisting us and the least we can do it's give them a tip to motivate them since I know they are barely making money .

The worst pharmacist ever. They did not have customers in the pharmacy, I waited much longer than appropriate for the Pfizer and flu vaccine, very bad service, they do not know what it means to serve the public, I have lived in Sweden, Spain, Bulgaria, Russia and a lot in the USA, bad treatment, they deserve to have their salary lowered, their service is disgusting, don't get vaccinated there, please

Unbelievable how consistently bad this place is. It's the only one close to my office so I keep going back, but it's wild how they don't even care about how bad they are. Managers don't speak english so they don't even care when we complain

I am a long time Miami Lakes resident and Publix shopper for over 25+ years. What a terrible experience at Deli counter and at Sandwich/Hot food station I had to endure today. I went in for my regular groceries but did not pre order as usual. I was prepared to wait as I was 2nd in line and and could have my kids get other items from our list. What a big mistake thinking it would be so easy. They should have the staff to serve customers effectively if they want to prioritize on line orders. There should be more than one person at Deli helping physical customers. Also, have a manager(blonde female) that does more than give excuses someone will be there to help when there are three of you behind counter doing online orders. Makes no sense. Then as I need hot food from the case next to Sandwich station, I have to wait again for that single person making them to finish a person came up and asked for something in case and lady looks at me and tells me to wait. Then when its my turn another customer walks up and other employee is ready to give her all the chicken tenders. The same item I am waiting to get my person to give me. Crazy! Needless to say a waste of 30 minutes standing in two lines only to be ignored "Twice". It was almost a two hour adventure. They need a better way of helping physical customers unable to use on line ordering which eases pain of waiting even longer for one item. Whats going on with Publix and terrible customer service lately. It is not the way it used to be

I want to share the terrible experience I had when I used for 1st time the Publix Pharmacy for my mom at Miami Lake 33014. I always used CVS but I decided to try Publix, the worst decision I have made. The Pharmacy tech Marlene is the rudest person I ever met. She treat people like nothing, she was horrible. Poor customer service skill. no resilience, cero empathy. I don't even know how Publix have people like that working for them. I love Publix and this is unbelievable. On top of that the Pharmacist Jessica just decide do not release the medication just because she doesn't feel comfortable with that. She ask me to go to another pharmacy to fill the medication because she will not going to release it. After she confirmed with the provider everything was ok. I had to call the provider just because the pharmacist want it, like if she own the pharmacy. She prefer to lose a member than trained her pharmacy tech how to treat the customers. This two person are not capable to treat people that have needs like medications. They are not prepare to work on the healthcare environment with this manner and lack of care. They are a shame for the good reputation Publix has. Publix is always there for their customer and do not deserve have people like that with so poor qualifications.

Three special cake orders in a row within a 3 month time span and somehow they managed to never have platic knives to cut the cakes. Publix is losing it's class as well as customer service. Definitely not ordering anything at a publix again. Will contact corporate to see how they feel about this.
