Worst Office Depot every, employee do want to help you at all. Ask for a favor there is like you are insulting them. To do a simple task like replace a paper on the self service printer, easy could take you 30 min of waiting and literally begging for someone come a help you up.

Webby works the 1:00pm shift customer service sucks he needs more training.
I stood in line for over 30 minutes instead of assisting me next he went and assit the customer behind me everything I asked him to help me he asked me to wait.

We called and asked if they had item in inventory. When we got there, they said we had to wait to restock it.

No one assisted me. The cashier was rude. He did’n say a word to me, not even when I said thank you. By the way he should have said it to me. I was there on 01/30/2024, at 4:22.

My experience at this establishment was horrible! I placed an online order for business cards and the first thing is that they promise 3 to 5 business days, of course they were not ready for the day they were supposed to be picked up, after I left because they told me that they couldn't help me since they They were not printed there, I returned days later and of course they were not ready either, no one had any idea why, (after they charge you when you place the order) 17 days later they tell me that they have no answer because they are manufactured elsewhere, hours later They called me from the store to inform me that on the 17th they arrived at 7 pm and that on the 18th I could pick them up, on the 18th I arrived and of course they weren't there either! They said that a delay in the order (27 days) I canceled my order because I already needed my cards and well, 3 to 5 days to return the money that NEVER RETURNED to my account! So a total waste of time and money (the workers are not guilty) but terrible service

I just wanna know why not have a set hours for the printing department every time I come no organization always random hours they close then I try to ask the hours and they said it’s pretty much varies everyday if I would move my business like that I wouldn’t have any do better honestly if y’all don’t wanna work get someone else that does
