This place has the worst team ever. The work never meet the expertations. By the time I was in there I hear two more clients complaining about work incompetence. I needed provitional checks for my bussiness account because the person who created it forgot to give them to me. At the end they told me there was no solution to my problem. Now I am the one affected by the mistake. No one cares about the clients, and when I spoke to the manager about my dissapoinment she did not even care when I said I would close my three accounts. Horrible experience.

By far, above and beyond, the most terrible bank branch I've ever been to. I will never go there again. Long lines because only 1-2 tellers are ever working at the same time. The other employees are walking around. Then there's a woman with an IPAD who does absolutely nothing but ask what you're there for. Hire more tellers and maybe you won't have to entertain people in line!

This bank is horrible, I'm from Ct here on vaca, only one unfriendly teller, long line and all the other workers just walking around letting the line get longer, if every business was like this one here, Florida would be in deep trouble. Only one star bc I can't leave it blank

If I were to say what I really thought of this branch, my review would be deleted for language. The fact is that this Bank of America has a really awkward placement. It shares its space with a Publix, and while that in itself is fine and dandy, the separation lines that exist between the two aren't that clear. This means that it is very easy to end up at the wrong side of the plaza. Once you actually are at the right side of the plaza, heaven forbid you need to use the ATM. The lanes are downright confusing and simply baffling. They have both an outside ATM and several drive-thru ATMs, but the two lines tend to merge and you have people in the drive-thru getting off to use the nearby ATM. It's a mess. Not to mention that it doesn't help that parking for customers is limited, so you are left essentially with going through the drive-thru ATM during peak hours. Going in and out of this branch is a pain in the neck. Avoid unless absolutely necessary. Well, or if you need specific denominations. They've gotten with the times and the ATMs give you the options now of $100s, $20s, $5s, and $1s.

Thieves. If you have an account there I suggest that you take your money & run ... before they do! My mother (and only living relative) recently passed away leaving me the executor of her estate & only beneficiary in her will and all of her life insurance policies and assets. She had three accounts at three different banks and Bank of America is the only one that refuses to close her account and give me the money. Although I went with all of the legal documentation they could possibly need they told me that I cannot have the money unless I hire an attorney and go to court. Luckily she did not use BOA often so there was not much in there. It would not even cover retaining an attorney so financially it is not worth it. But if you do anything based on principles then stay far far away from Bank of America

Top notch service and professionalism. They take their time getting to know their clients and explain their products in an in-depth and thorough manner. They advise on what is best for your specific needs and don't try selling you products you can't benefit from. I dealt with Leonardo Hing and he could not have been more informative. I highly recommend banking at this location. Bravo!
