Highly recommend! Robert and David worked incredibly hard to get us a qualified conventional mortgage. We have good credit, but are self employed. Most mortgage lenders could not get the loan done. Robert got the mortgage done and got us a good interest rate. I recommend using the Home Loan Capital Team. Thanks guys!

This place is terrible. Had an unsettling interaction with someone named David R. Customer service was abysmal. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this business at all costs. It is definitely the worst and sketchiest place to do business with.

BEWARE, YOUR CONFIDENTIAL DATA IS NOT SAFE WITH HOME LOAN CAPITAL! Three times now their closing packet has directed title companies to mail private mortgage information of random people to my home address. Despite telling this to NUMEROUS people at HLC, it continues to happen!
