Despite it being last minute, Juan agreed to make and deliver 2 bouquets to my girls as I was out of town. Most florists would restrict choices of arrangements on such short notice, if they would make it for same day delivery at all when it is an afternoon order, but Gloria not only made a custom arrangement I requested, but even added to it. I asked for a photo and she sent it right away. The recipient's family contacted me to tell me how beautiful the arrangement was.
