I don't know what is happening with the CVS pharmacies in Miami, I went to request the Flu vaccine and they told me that I had to make an appointment, I made the appointment 2 days before, when I arrived I had to wait in line, which is normally done, and after being at the In front they told me that the doctor was busy, what should I wait, I don't understand such a lack of respect having a prior appointment. Don't go there, they don't want to work and even less want to help customers, they don't want to solve your problem.

So they have VIP lines for those whom have paid for their prescriptions ahead of time, get the lines to move faster. Yet you have to wait in the line, even though they have a designated area to avoid the line, show that you've paid and get your prescription. Why offer this option if you don't honor it? Do better CVS.

If i can give negative reviews i will!!! , it's no reason someone should have to wait 30 mins to a hour just to pick up a prescription they pharmacy is horrible!! The outside pickup and inside just horrible.

If negative stars was an option id choose that. This pharmacy is the WORST! Do not waste your time. The pharmacists and employees are all incompetent. Somehow they manage to have 1-2 hour wait lines to pick up your medicine. If you try to avoid that by calling you'll be on hold for a good 45 min, they'll let you know you're all good to pick up and then you show up and the medicine is on backorder, simply not available. Just a complete waste of your time.

.The pharmacy cashier was very rude to my mother when she told her that her medicine for Covid 19 was not ready and she had been waiting 3 hours. She yelled at my mom and told her to switch to another pharmacy.Nobody in the pharmacy went out to help my mother. After this incident she called 911 because her BP was High.

There has to be a better pharmacy in Miami Lakes. The service at both of the locations are horrible and they don't care. Publix open your pharmacy 24 we desperately need it.

One being the lowest rating possible if not, it would be a negative. Thank goodness I never have to come to CVS but the few times that I have the lines are endless drive-through. I don't understand if they text you that your medication is ready for pick up why are the lines either the medication is ready or it's not if it's not you're going to have lines because that person's gonna sit in your car waiting for you to pack up their medication's, I don't understand over an hour wait in your car to pick up medication ., I don't understand over an hour wait in your car to pick up medication

Worst service the pharmacist. Albert could care less you call at 1:00am in the morning he doesn't answer the phone you call again every hour no answer it rings off the hook. I went there at 7:15 am there was one patient ahead of me while I was still calling on the phone he doesn't care and has no regards for the patient when I asked him why he doesn't answer the phone he simple said he was the only one there. Awful service. I'm taking my business elsewhere. The man should be fired. This is the second time I have issues with this pharmacy. The store manager has no jurisdiction over the pharmacy you might as well be giving him a complaint about the store down the street. No one cares, even it you take your business elsewhere unfortunately no one does and service just tends to get worst. I'm calling the headquarters tomorrow let's see if they return the call. Doesn't even deserve a star.

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to, their shelves are never stocked up this is the 4th consecutive week I've walked in to grab a quick drink and still shelves are basically empty. There are boxes / plastic boxes piled up ( which I assume are products yet to be stocked) there are boxes hidden behind empty boxes of food products .. just.. idk this needs to be reported to corporate or something

This CVS store brings out a positive atmosphere with warm greetings and excellent customer service. When asked where a product is located, you receive an immediate answer with guidances to the product as a plus. This CVS store is always making sure that every customer is being taken care of. Every employee services you with a smile and makes sure your leaving with a satisfied shopping experience. From the store Manager to the Cashiers, this is a store to worth shopping at.

Hello all, this CVS is one of the worst pharmacy's in town, if you have a prescription to be filled this pharmacy always has an excuse why it's not ready! The customer service is horrible and the employees are not friendly at all! This is not a place that a person feeling sick should send there prescription medication. If you are looking for assistance and timely prescription filling this is not the place.

The lines are long outside and inside and they don't seem to have enough employees. Even when prescription is ready you wait a very long time. Poor management

Social distancing and masks are required. I came here to pick up a birthday card for one of my close friends. Since I'm in the area of Miami Lakes, I decided to come here. Great selections and fast service.

I had to call the Pharmacy on Thursday to check on my order because on Wednesday, they told me they were out of my prescription. I waited on the phone for about 25 minutes while driving from Miami Lakes to Miramar to run an errand. I was on speaker phone as I drove and almost fell asleep with the 25 minute long meditation music they play while you wait. Word to the wise, even if you are using a hands free device, do not call this place while you are driving. You might end up dosing off at the wheel. To make matters worse, the person that answered said that they had still not received my medication. She offered to call neighboring stores to see if they had the medication in stock and said she would call me back. I never received a call back. I had to go through another dose of meditation music to find out that I still had to wait another day for my medication. This place makes tons of money and is poorly staffed. They need more staff to answer calls and tend to customers.
