Bad service at this branch from the teller, just because I was not a resident or citizen, I had despotic treatment and I ordered the other teller to serve me. I told her why I couldn't open an account if I didn't have a passport. If I have a work and social permit, I told them that for an appointment with a representative and he told me that there was no appointment, a lady arrived and they asked her if she was a citizen, she said yes, they did help her without an appointment.

This Chase in high end Miami Lakes has a drive thru ATM that looks like a Dungeon. Best part is the ATM is always broken. Please clean, paint, and upgrade to a new machine for your loyal and valuable customers.

I have had unpleasant experiences every time I go to this branch and talk to the manager whose name is Jose Box. He is an aggressive talker and somehow he always seems to help customers by obligation, something I consider very unprofessional. I must say my experience with the tellers and with Steven is always great. Being Steven a very professional and knowledgeable banker. I hope Chase is able to solve this type of avoidable customer issues. I have been a customer for more than 6 years and this is the first time I encounter myself in such an uncomfortable situation like this.

He is an aggressive conversationalist and somehow always seems to help customers out of obligation, something I consider very unprofessional. I must say that my experience with the cashiers and with Steven is always excellent. Steven being a very professional and knowledgeable banker. I hope Chase can resolve these types of avoidable customer service issues. I have been a customer for more than 6 years and this is the first time I have found myself in a situation and moment as unpleasant as this.

This branch was the only branch that did not give me a headache or an excuse on trying to open a business account. The branch manager Jose Box & Steven Lopez went above and beyond on helping me open the account. Much appreciated of the service they provided. Thank you again.

I came here with a friend, I’m not even a customer. I’m observing the customer service here and wow they are horrible. A lady asked to have her last 2 months statement printed. Guy said it will take a few hours. Another guy opened his account three days ago and because a change in policy he can’t access his account until 5 days. My friend gets a hello and is given over to customer service on the phone and the teller just leaves us with the phone in a cubical. Thank God I don’t bank with Chase after being here for 20 mins and seeing this!

Terrible customer service from the workers, you make an appointment online and then wait a long time to complete your paperwork. When you arrive they tell you that your representative didn't come to work and no one can help you anymore and just like that you lost your shift... terrible job by everyone in that branch... I don't recommend it at all, they should change to all the workers there since they have no desire to serve anyone or to work...... and to have more respect for the client and more so in a country where time is worth a lot....

What a pity that the service was so terrible!!!!, today I had an appointment at 4:30 pm, I was missing some document, and the person who attended me let me know, of course it is his job, I returned in a hurry so as not to miss the opportunity, since I have visited the place very frequently and the truth is that it has always seemed to me that the treatment and promptness have been exceptional, when I return the gentleman asks me for another document and of course I did not bring it either, know that the appointment I did it online and they don't specify, the bank closes at 5:00 pm and more than anything it seemed to me, perhaps pure assumption, that there was no desire to work almost at the end of the day's work, I don't know if in I'm wrong, I didn't ask beforehand for the necessary documents but the truth is I felt very disappointed, I definitely don't think I'll come back and it's a shame on my part because the previous week on Saturday I opened an account and the treatment from the guy who gave us He received all the stars worth it ?, I think his name is Steven or something like that, not like that today, behind the “kind” treatment there was something disappointing in his manner!! I'm sorry I don't know the person's name, my mistake!!
Today July 8, I returned to the same bank where a few months ago the treatment was not good, but I am definitely very happy not to lose trust, Mr. José assisted me and I thank him very much for his work and kind treatment, I hope you have my comment into account to receive good service when dressing the place, thank you for your help
