The customer service is terrible, they are disrespectful and scammers scare you into agreeing to pay internal insurance that is not mandatory and they tell you yes because otherwise you will get in trouble, they hang up the phone on you, they practically force you to agree without saying anything. the price I don't know how a company like that can operate like that and they don't do an audit and impose fines and to buy a house it's a dilemma luckily they sell the loan in no time at all to other financial companies you have to write to the county department that has to do with this to report them. It's a shame that I have to give them a star that they don't deserve, poor star, my condolences for their sacrifice. Something that I will add is that it took me three months of anguish to buy the house after they changed the closure countless times and by adding things they increased to 25 % down are expert manipulators.

Fabian, along with his entire team, were phenomenal. They worked diligently at every moment, clarifying all my doubts, and their work was wonderful. I am truly delighted with them to the point where I would be willing to take any credit, even with higher rates than the current market offers. I believe that quality service is priceless, and the personalized attention they provided was fantastic. I am grateful first to God, then to Fabian, Kelly, and everyone in their office. This was a fantastic experience. I would even be willing to write this same review even if the mortgage had been rejected by the bank because I truly felt I was working with real and committed individuals. Blessings, and I hope this is a great start for my family. Thanks to the owners of this bank for allowing Latin families in Florida to grow. This company completely dropped the ball. They sold the mortgage to Amerihome mortgage and according to Amerihome mishandled the VA loan leaving the widow of the veteran off of the mortage. This has caused multiple issues and they refuse to help fix it. Do not trust them.

This is great place to get a loan from Greg is very good at what he does he will take the time to break down the whole loan process I would give 10 stars if I could he makes it real easy to buy a house and will answer all questions along the way glad I went with American bancshares
