I am from New Orleans and was looking for a Porsche Macan for my daughter. I found one on Cargurus listed by Warren Henry Infiniti in Miami.
Within minutes of my inquiry, I received a response and got connected with Sebastian Mohadeb. From the first contact Sebastian was fantastic to work with. He was patient and addressed all of my questions. Since I was from out of town, we scheduled to do a complete walkthrough of the car on FaceTime.
We closed the deal, I flew in to Miami, test drove, and was out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. As I have bought many cars over the years in multiple locations, this was actually one of the best experiences I have had with a dealership, but more importantly a sales person.
As Sebastian knew I had a 12 hour drive back, he called me several hours later just to check how I was feeling and if I was doing ok on the road. Was that service or just someone who actually cares about their customers? I think both.

Because Felipe was amazing! He did exactly what he said they would do in regards to my vehicle. Also had a lift pick me up which was awesome bc it made it an easier process to pick up my vehicle and the other associates like Gerald was amazing as well great conversation and made the experience on top of what Felipe provide was definitely a 5 star service. Great employees great service all in all great experience ??

From the moment we walked in, we knew we would get exceptional service and walk out with a new car. Sebastian was our sales manager and was extremely patient and transparent from the beginning. He knew our range and showed us several different cars. We were able to test drive them and while doing so he showed us all the different features of each car. He cared about what we liked/didn't and made sure we were satisfied with the purchase. He is great.
