Ayden Collins works here and I must say, he gives excellent customer service. He honestly deserves a raise, helped me the other day find exactly what I needed in the food aisles. He was also very kind and he actually told me about the Walmart app which I didn’t even know existed! He is such a great person and he deserves to be recognized! Thank you Ayden for your great service. I hope you get a raise or even get promoted because you deserve it.

Such a terrible experience. I ordered tires and the morning of my Installation, my appointment was cancelled. Tires were delayed. Wasn’t able to get help from anyone at the store. Was told to wait for the email saying that the tires had arrived.Got a message the following day, saying my tires had arrived, their system was having tech issues, and I wasn’t able to schedule an appointment. No one in automotive answers the phone, so I had to go through Pharmacy to Speak to a manager.I finally got a callback from Robbie in automotive letting me know that he wasn’t able to schedule me an appointment for another two days even after I explained my whole situation and the inconvenience it had caused.Then he proceeded to explain to me that they wouldn’t be able to do the installation in the end because their lift wouldn’t be able to hold up my kind of vehicle. I have a small Volkswagon SUV. I asked if there was anyway he can have the tires delivered to another location but he was unable to help me with that either. I canceled my order and will never order tires from here again.Customer service is nonexistent.

@Walmart you need to teach your employees about customer service. The girl named Jojo at the counter in returns WOW, looks like she doesn't want to work doesn't communicate with customers but on the phone on a personal call and also speaking to other staff while ppl are waiting in line and then gets mad when you ask politely if she can move it along bc you have to go. Do better. We pay for a service things are not free.

It took me longer to pay for my oil change service than it did for the service to be completed. There no was no associate at the auto center register for almost 30 mins. I chose to ring out my items else where. I took my slip to pay for the oil change that says “pay at any register”. Associate at regular register could not ring up oil change and directed me to customer service. Associate at customer service was very rude, ill informed, and of no assistance as she told me many false statements. I was then directed back to the auto care center where an associate was now present but I still had to wait several minutes as she was answering the phone and assisting others who had been waiting in the auto center for her arrival.

Very easy to get to (accessibility), ample parking. It appeared this store had plenty of staff...was not expecting to see staff on the floor..Sometimes you have to look for them but today you were able to ask for assistance.

This is like my 4th time going to the auto center to get some assistance and there is never anyone there at the counter. If I manage to find an employee around and ask them a question, I am directed to find the person at the desk. I wish I could but I don’t know who I’m looking for and when I check where they’re meant to be, they are nowhere to be found. Overall, you will get zero help dispute the well meaning nature of some of the senior staff. It seems that half of the staff protests this reality themselves. They refuse to step in and take some of the load off as if they themselves are tired of the lack of strategic managerial planning and staffing reliably that which causes them to be stuck with a responsibility outside of their department. Morale, communication, and dependability are astounding low and like most business with structuring like this, it’s a managerial accountability first and a staff issue second. Either way, it resulted in a very poor experience. Luckily, there are other super centers with an auto care department that I can try. Hoping for the best.

They were out of stock for several items I was seeking. Which, subsequently, made me waste my time thoroughly looking through the unorganized display items. The staff are usually missing in action or non helpful. However, the cashier's are usually VERY good despite the long lines.

What a deception!!!!!!. I was there today again, and I went to the pharmacy to ask about where can I find certain medications. Nobody took the time to lead me to the right spot even when I asked several times. Nobody really seems to be willing to help. I believe that Mr. KAIM, which I was told, is the pharmacy manager needs to do a better work with the process of training his employees. I have to say that a lady named Kira was very kind and extremely professional when I asked her about some items on the floor. But in general, the customer service in this Wal-Mart is really chaotic .

Why does this store bother with lanes that are limited to 20 items when you allow customers with carts full of items causing back ups. I had 4 items and got in the speed lane. Two women in front of me had full carts. After seeing that the line was not moving I moved to a regular lane. I finished paying and the first woman with the cart full of items was still at the register.

I went to the automotive section only to pick up a tire order online I have to order another vogue tire and I usually order off Amazon and they delivered to my door. But you know what I had such a great experience... I order my next one from here in a couple days.. and hope I have just as great experience as I did last time if not you're Google representative will be back on here and let you know with a follow-up

Be aware. Do not order from them! Store is offering same-day delivery but I waited 4 days. Every day this joke store was telling me they can’t find a driver to deliver items! After 4 days they just cancelled my order. Use Amazon instead of this company and avoid wasting time, save money and avoid stress!

This piticular Walmart is always stocked with products and services parking is not to bad and cashier's are usually friendly now having enough cashier's that's a Walmart problem everywhere

All Walmarts need to be permanently closed all over the world. Every single location but especially this one. I try to not step foot near this store although the location is convenient the shopping experience is anything but. This Walmart as well as the others have cashiers and associates with zero since of urgency. Most of them have their music playing out loud or having a conversation with the cashier behind them. Today’s cashier walked off repeatedly with no explanation to the customers in the ever growing line. Walmart corporate you and your staff need to realize we the customers don’t want to spend eight hours at Walmart because you have to. We would much rather in and out the way it’s supposed to be.
