Okay so I’ve been using this ups store for the longest and never left a review, but I felt compelled to this time around because Louis was very efficient and very friendly. I always do Amazon returns here and love this specific location bc whenever I go they move fast so I’m in and out. So shout out to Louis bc I always seen him in there and my few interactions with him has always been good as I reflect now.

I always experience superb customer service at this location. But a special acknowledgement for LOUIS and JENNAE who have mastered the art of proficient customer service, with speed and accuracy! JENNAE is quick to multi-task when the line is long. If she is assisting a customer who 'isn't quite ready yet,' Jennae will provide accurate help to the next in line and return to the previous customer who MAY be ready! I have never seen JENNAE flustered, but always friendly, listening to the needs of customers, offering helpful suggestions when needed, etc. LOUIS also engages in friendly dialogue while moving quickly to provide excellent assistance. In our busy days, accuracy and kindness are always welcome.

Luis was really cool! This is my Go To UPS for shipping. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Even giving tips and advice on shipments and prices. Friendly atmosphere and always make it in and out of here in no time!

I came into the store and they were super busy. Both Louis and Gene were so quick in getting everyone served and out. The line went down in a matter of minutes. Gene was so nice and friendly to each customer. Louis was so kind and patient as looked for the information to mail out my package. I always come to this store and will always come back as long as these two are in the front.

I dropped off a package with a prepaid USPS label for ATT on 03/12. Two months later, I got an email from AT&T charging me a non return device fee. I went to the store twice, with no resolution. I was informed it left the store and they can't do anything to help. I called customer service, no help there either. Make sure you're item is scanned and you save your receipt from this store. It's costing me $430 because I trusted them to do their job.
