Top Self Storage in Miami Gardens, Florida is beyond unprofessional. I came in to clear my daughter storage unit out to discover I owe $147.77. I was prorated in order to move in but wont be prorated moving out. I was charged $290.49 for three months and 4 days. But charged $144.77 for two weeks. Upon me asking for an explanation from employees Juan and Andrew were getting overly excited over talking me, not willing to allow me to get an understanding about billing. I ask for the district manager phone number who name was Errol Spence. Upon speaking to Mr. Spence the district manager offered no resolution to solving the problem or even speaking to the employees to rectify their horrible customer service. The employee wanted to justify their conduct by saying it’s America. I wouldn’t recommend anyone storing anything at Top Self Storage.

The location is very clean and well kept. Management goes out of their way to provide great customer service. I highly recommend Top Self Storage to anyone that wants to keep their personal items safe and clean.

Absolutely horrible. The unit above mine had a leak and got my documents wet. The guy who worked there made a higher deal about switching from one unit to the next. When I asked about having management call me, he told me that, “he knew how this worked there, and I was the one who needed to call.” It becomes a game of manipulation where one is submissive in calling and it allows for the manager to deflect responsibility by not having been there when the issue was reported: he didn’t see it = you are not supposed to be upset at a later time. It IS a dirty business, rooted in passive disrespect and walking all over the customer. One of the excuses was that it was late in the day and he had to go home. There is more to this but it’s just TOO much because it was a nightmare from beginning to end.

It was a pleasure dealing with Brian on my recent storage unit rental. Brian made every step simple and easy to follow and always making sure that what I was getting was the right size etc. He asked all the right questions. Brian went above and beyond what was needed in helping me. I felt very comfortable renting from Brian because I felt he was looking out for me. He takes his job very seriously and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Thank you Brian.

The manager Juan is a terrible guy, you don't know what Customer Service is, horrible treatment, he made me feel like he did me a favor and paid me for the Storage. The manager doesn't have any customer service, bad attitude and no manner to treat customer.

Beware! Terrible experience! Their system will not register your correct card on autopay PURPOSELY so they can give you a late fee. I’ve never not paid my storage but their system keeps changing my card out.I ran to take my stuff out of this facility! Their system is rigged and the managers are unprofessional and refuse to help in any way. Take your business somewhere else.
