La'wanda needs to respect customers. She is acting as if she wanna fight with all the customers. Constantly giving attitude. She need to be trained about professionalism.

Not great. Went in because T-Mobile would not activate phone over the phone some weird issue. The store employee acted like she didn’t want to be bothered and wanted to send me to call again. Unbelievable! Did they not understand or care about what I said why I came in ? Not good experiences on phone or in store as a new customer. I thought AT&T was bad

The workers at this location need to drink a red bull at the start of shift cause they slow as hell. Just to buy a phone charger I have to wait 20 to 30 min. And I still didn't get it

Horrible! Marcell (t mobile rep at location) told me if I pay $375 I would be paying off my iPhone 13 and I would get a new iPhone 14 when I turn in that phone. And that my bill would go from $140 to $78 if I did it. Just to find out AFTER THE FACT that the $375 was just a non refundable deposit and now owe on BOTH PHONES! and now they’re saying they cannot reverse the transaction so I am stuck paying for 2 phones while only 1 is in service! HORRIBLE! And then he tried to say that I am making all of this up! DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL SCAM YOU !!! I can’t wait to cancel my service at t mobile!

My whole experience reminds me of pushy car sales people. Same day purchase & return phone and still had to pay $70 restock fee. It’s ok I’ll never enter this store again. From now on I’ll purchase phones via the app or call customer service.

One of the associates gave out all my information on my account to someone that’s not even on my account I live five hours away from the store for someone to call me to tell me about what’s on my account without my authorization this really upset me

I see the revews, i wonder if it's the same store i went to ,the sign on the door says they open at 11 ,they were close ,i returned at 12 ,they finally showed up then i was told that I would have to wait an other half hour .This not the way to treat a potential customer.
