After being a loyal customer of 3 years today i came to do my regular laundry, after i exchanged $10 in the coin dispenser, the attenda t walked up to me and demanded i give back the $10 in quarters. Her reasoning was that another customer "might be left without quarters" . So after some back and forth i demanded that my 10 bill back. So we counted the coins in a counter she gave me back 2 $5 bills.Suffice to say i will not be returning here, they have lost a loyal customer of 3 years

Dirty place. Several machines out of service. Two people in charge who don't even get out of their chair to help. They just eat and talk. I do not recommend it. Ahhh the clothes were not clean even though we used the best soap.

The machine I was using stop washing and had an error. I went and got the attendant, who told me, it was my fault the machine broke cause I didn't know how to wash, I am over 70 years old and to have someone speak to you in that matter. i will never come here again there is a employee here he is a colored male with dreads he is the most nastiest and disrespectful human being. i went to wash my clothes around 10pm he proceeds to tell me 30 mins wash 30 mins dry which was understood i washed my clothes then put them in the dryer i set alarms both times to kno exactly when they are finished so when they was drying i went to my house which is down the street and i immediately come back when my alarm goes off when i got there it was closed the man riding pass in his car then starts yelling to me " you fucking played with me " he was being very disrespectful an loud talking to me as if i was a child i tell him my bed sheets are in there my work clothes he then tells me he "doesn't care an to sleep on my fucking mattress" he didn't want to give me my things he told me to "pick my shit up in the morning at 7am " he didn't even give me a 5 min grace period or nothing like i will never go there again he is the most disgusting human being an if he is the owner he need to be shut down and if he isn't he need to fired smh

Very clean place, rarely are there washing machines that are out of order, they have yours and some gaming machines, enough parking spaces, those who run the place are very nice, and while you wait you can use their free Wi-Fi

When I was there I am able to finish in a timely manner it is a clean laundromat and the employees are very kind that's why I travel from 135 street and 27th Ave laundromat to 183 st and 27th Ave just to wash at spin wash

This used to be my go to wash house but it had become very rundown. Even though, the staff cleans the floor, it is still unappealing. I'm afraid to drop my clothes on the floor. The promotion of free dryers had been discontinued. It is always hot inside. Unless renovation happens I will not be returning.
