I called to ask where the hat was made because I know New era hats fit differently. If they’re made in Bangladesh Laos, China. The lady said call the other store I said well can I send you an email of the picture and she said we have so many hats here I can’t help you, I live in Washington DC and yet they advertise all sales are final, this place has very poor customer service oh, and the other phone number she gave me goes directly to a voicemail do not order from this place.

Mixed thoughts about this place. I’d give 2.5 stars if I could.Emailed them about a sold out fitted new era cap I’d missed out on—I’d specifically asked if it was going to be restocked as some shops restock their caps.In fairness, someone did get back to me quickly. They said it’s extremely rare that they restock exclusive fitted caps once they sell out and apologized. I understood.Not long thereafter, I get a newsletter from them announcing a general restock; I figured it’d be worth checking back for that hat in the off chance my size got restocked. To my happiness, it was. So I snagged it, though I did wonder why I was given that response if they did indeed intend to restock it.I email them and tell them how I’m stoked and that I’m glad I listened to my gut instinct. Mind you, I address people in emails. I don’t write them like texts unless I know the person.The response I get back is “Yay!!! Glad you were able to.” Call me old school, but this isn’t how you address a paying customer.A few days later, I decide to check the tracking as I do with most inbound shipments. I see it was labeled but not picked up by USPS yet. Odd, because I got an email saying it’s been shipped a couple days prior.So I email about this. No response.I check again a few days later and the tracking shows it’s on its way…Even though they never responded, figured I’d do my due diligence and email them telling them to disregard my last email as it’s showing it’s on the way.Still haven’t heard back and obviously, I won’t.Take this for what it is.I may not buy from them again, which sucks because they drop nice fitteds.If the hat arrives clean and without major flaws, I wouldn’t mind bumping this up to a 3.Update (09/5/23): The cap arrived today, and in good shape, too. And it had no major flaws. Bumped to three stars.

I wish I read the reviews sooner. There should be a zero star option. Ordered sneakers 2 weeks ago and they still have not shipped. They refuse to answer any of my emails, don't pick up a phone and don't answer social media messages. It's a complete scam. Stay FAR WAY from this place. They should go to jail.

I have seen so many Ads of Sneakertown on IG I figured let me see them in person since I live 35 min away. Store is organized like a flea market. Kinda hard to tell what’s real or fake. Clothes are not hung sneakers are ok. Fitted hats are great but a bit pricy. Still worth checking out if you can!

Went in with my boyfriend he wanted hats, shirts and we both wanted to buy a few pairs of Asics but the young ladies working had an attitude, we’re very unwelcoming and had a face the whole time. A lot of good stuff and this was the closest one to us but I’ll be going the extra mile now and won’t be coming here again.

I order an Astros hat and they send me a Miami Marlins hat and refuse to exchange or return. Don't order unless you want to pay for the wrong item and have no options. You can see how little they care about customers if they do nothing to fix legit bad reviews...

I Placed an order for a hat for Christmas. They have sent me the wrong hat and no one has yet to respond back to me. I have emailed them three times and called multiple times and no one has answered..Update still no response. I have sent a totalOf 5 emails and over 10 calls. If the hat wasn’t $70+ I would just keep the hat i do not want. I just want the hat I paid for my kids for Xmas. I am really not asking for much.

Horrible store! Will NEVER respond to anyone customer service emails. If you're hat doesn't show then too bad. These guys are horrible stay far away

Horrible, I left several messages and emails in order to exchange a pair of shoes. It has been 3 weeks and I still haven't received a response. No call, no email no nothing. I will never buy anything from sneaker town ever again. This was my first and last purchase.

Recently bought a hat online from this store. Never recieved the hat because usps said my address was "insufficient". Emailed usps they told me the hat had been returned to sender. Tried to email sneakertown to work out a new shipping address and see if they received the returned hat, but the did not respond, this was a week after the hat had been shipped on their end. Week goes by no response from sneakertown. I send another email no response. Another couple days go by I send one more email, still no response. Its now been two weeks and I haven't heard back from anyone. Hoping this can be resolved, but so far not impressed with the customer service.Update:BEWARE FOR THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!!!! refund was distributed after a month of cat and mouse. What could have been easily solved if customer service would have just made any sort of effort to contact me back. Even after the refund I still hadn't heard from and actual person. The most I got was a standard refund notification email. Sad to say but I would be very careful with ordering anything from Sneakertown. If there are any issues you will not be given the common courtesy of a well ran custom service.
