Worst experience ever First expected to deal with Tom whom I had originally been speaking with but Angel scammed me they withdraw money from my bank account without my knowledge or consent. Plus he told me the total would be $2,700 something and it ended up actually being over 3k do not do business here as they will scam you

This is almost one of those "this is too good to be true" moments. I didn't even have to step in the store. I told him what I wanted. Was approved quick he ordered it and I picked it up from the best buy 3 blocks from my place an hour later. It was there ready just showed my id. I cant believe how unbelievably easy that was.. I dont think ever in my life has something went that smooth lol. Anyway I dont know what the store is like I've never even seen it, but I can tell you the customer service is phenomenal!! He even texted me back later to see how everything went and if I was happy. Outstanding. I would go there again or should I say do this again. and definitely will refer friends

I wanna give a special thanks to Angel. Second time I come back and to purchase a surface pro 7 it was a very smooth process as usual very satisfied with the customer service if you can’t afford it they have options of financing and $40 down like what more can you ask for best store hands down if they don’t have they’ll look for it! Amazing service and thank you guys at Simple 2 own really you guys really back up the name of the company.

I got my PS4 from these people and I also got my Nintendo switch but I had paid the $40 for the switch and they didn’t have it in the store I had to wait almost a week for it once I finally was able to get it they told me to go to the store to pick it up I was outside the store waiting almost 3 hours for them to come bring the switch.. I was promised to get a good price on the next item I get from them now they giving me a run around never again I’ll buy from these people

Tom Swain is a great general manager/sales person. He made my sale for my new macbook as easy as possible with detailed help and making sure I recieved help through any mistakes and issues I ran in to. I definitely know what company I will be getting my next upgrade through!
