I normally come to this rainbows a lot but today I had to use the restroom and I ask can I please use the restroom, I had about $300 worth of items in my hand getting ready to pay and all of a sudden I had to pee so I asked can I use the restroom and the man that was stocking told me no so I left everything on the counter and I will never come back here again if I am willing to spend $300 in your place I don’t think it’s an issue. If I need to use the restaurant I will never come back or shop at rainbows any day I would prefer to go to Sheehan or fashion

Rainbow is such a lack luster company even after the pandemic their dressing rooms are still closed which is a huge inconvenience! On November 26th , 2023 I purchased an item got home and couldn't fit! the item was for my aunts funeral whom I was very close to and still grieving never the less, I returned to the store on November 27,2023 to process a return for the item I was reassured I would receive my refund within 7 days , here we are 30 days later rainbow has my merchandise and my money still! I've reached out to customer service via phone and the representatives are very rude and condescending I was promised multiple calls back to no avail! I feel as I will never get my money back I don't understand how a company so big as rainbow won't just return!l my funds!

The place is not reliable, since I made a purchase, and very confidently I took my bag of the purchased items and when I got home because I was missing one of the paid items, I called the store and the phone number is not in service, I consider that there is no professionalism in that place.
