I was initially nervous about finding a replacement because you get accustomed to the way your groomer takes care of your dog. However, I decided to give La Bone Pet Spa a try, and I'm so glad I did.My first appointment was with Margareth, and she did such an amazing job that I immediately rebooked for the next visit. I've now taken my dog to La Bone three times, and each experience has been better than the last. Margareth is not only a talented groomer but also very responsive. When I had a question between appointments, she quickly got back to me and even encouraged me to stop by if I needed anything between grooming sessions.I highly recommend Margareth at La Bone Pet Spa. “Where do i start…well my dog had an injury to his eye by a groomer. And when I noticed my dog kept closing and squinting his eye I called his normal vet and they told me they couldn’t see him until Monday (this was a Friday afternoon) the groomer did take responsibility and was able to book an appointment here at Animal Health Center at Weston the next morning even with them being packed on a Saturday morning. I am extremely grateful we were able to come to an amazing doctor as they could’ve not prioritize my dog and saw him when it was convenient. I greatly apologize I don’t remember the young lady’s name at the front desk but she was awesome in setting this up for me and communicating back and forth between myself and the groomer to get this squared away. She is very kind and patient with every person that walked through the door. Being as she was my first point of contact and first impression of the office before setting foot there, I felt she gave an outstanding representation of what the rest of the staff showed me and my dog… doctors and medical assistants alike. The doctor and carefully diagnosed the issue with his eye and gave me a very imformative treatment plan for him and followed up with the doctor in about one week. And while my little 15lb dog wasn’t too receptive to having drops in his eyes every 4-6 hrs lol I saw dramatic improvements day to day. So this review is not only the shed just a little bit of light on such an amazing facility and staff for others to help use when choosing a vet but to also say thank you publicly as I did in the office. So for anyone on the fence about which vet to choose…I encourage you to give them a shot as they are awesome with you and your pet.”

“The groomer Aarol is exceptional; I’ve been to many different groomers before but once I went to Biyu there was no comparison to anyone else. He is very knowledgeable and treats pets like his own, and always remembers them which is nice. You can definitely trust your furry friend here. I’ve actually visited Biyu twice since I left Miami because of their exceptional service and attention to detail. It’s honestly like a family. The owner Alina is super kind and very accommodating/understanding with busy schedules, and will work with you to get your pet in as soon as possible. I can’t say anything bad about this place. Most important of all, the grooming techniques are top notch! You won’t regret it!”
