I could not recommend Cookie's Pet Grooming more! Karla TRULY cares for all the pups that come through her doors. Every time she greeted my Jojo she would get on the floor with him and hug and kiss him. We're moving to Gainesville, and when she said bye to Jojo yesterday she actually cried! Goes to show how big her heart is!

She also always has availability and if you call and they don't pick up she'll call you back the same day.

I wish all pet groomers cared like Karla cares!

Excelente lugar, estaba exceptica ,as a vet business owner and manager my expectations are high, and my baby shabella have some conditions since she born, that why I'm scare about sedation, but this staff, this doctor, the receptionist OMG they made me felt I can trust on them and go ahead with Shabella procedure, the doctor work with me about how to preform it in the way I requested. On Wednesday We will be at collar springs location. Thank you guys, again..the girl in the front, she is 10 ? customer service
