If I could give no stars I would..
I was sold a part after giving year, make and model. When I tried to put the part on. It didn't match.
I called store asking for same part giving same year, make & model. I was given a different part #. Asked for the part to be held as it was the last one. I told him I had to walk to pick it up when it stopped raining.
When I arrived at the store. I asked for the manager to express my displeasure. Because when I originally picked up the part the person was on his personal phone. When the manager walks up it was the person who sold me the wrong part. I said boss you sold me the wrong part . Without doing any type of investigation he throws his hand in the air as if he's annoyed. Saying you gave me the wrong part #. I told him I don't know your part # I gave Y ,M,M & engine type. I used to work at AutoZone. Before I can finish my statement he cuts me off. The part #s are different here & there.
Mistake #2- I was going to give him an out.
People put items back in the wrong location I get that. Part # are close. It Could have been a mistake I would have accepted that. But when he decided the best course of action as MOD was to embarrass me in front of his report to's & other customers I couldn't accept that.
Im standing in front of you dripping in sweat because of your mistake how are you going to make it right by me ? Instead of investigating he doubles down you gave me the wrong info. I said this is what you're teaching them as a manager wow. O'REILLY'S 'management training on full display. Argue with a customer who has the proof you were wrong.
At this time the gentlemen who I spoke to slides the correct part to the manager .
How was he able to find the correct part with the given info and you couldn't.
(Look at the receipt)
Mistake again He could have grabbed the wrong part because the location was close.
But when I played that day over he was actively using his phone while searching for the part. What he failed to realize is that I could have serverly damage my car electrical circuits.if I had turned it on.
Here's the new commercial.

Look at the receipt.
I asked for a alternator pigtail. Part # S2533.
I was given Signal CN Part # S2537
He still didn't have a leg to stand on. Two different parts that do different things.
Two different electrical gauges. Thank God I checked one last time before cranking or my car could have caught fire with my wife and special needs child in the car .
DO YOU SEE HOW IMPORTANT ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS ? SMALL THINGS CAN BECOME BIG Things INCLUDING THE LOST OF LIFE.

I call the store number is time to get a part item to see if they have in stock in the price every time I call like four or five times I keep getting hung up on they pick it up and hang it up

I give it one star because it cannot be given zero. I order a piece, it takes a whole day and when the piece arrives it was not the correct one, I am ready to return it and when they take it they tell me that it is not the correct one and I tell the lady and practically It lets me know between words that I changed the part and without a solution nothing that I am left without the part and without my money I do not recommend this place at all I feel cheated always check that what they take from this place is correct lest it also lose your money and remain like people who are not good when you come back to claim your rights blessings take care of yourself eeeeeeeee
